My Friends and Fellow Oppressed:

THIS issue was written last week. The subject is still fluid and there have been some activity in this area.  I felt it best to leave this as it is rather than to clumsily redact it and I will amplify on this in the Tuesday issue. 

On an unrelated note I wish to take a moment to wish all my CHRISTian friends a very Happy and Blessed Easter and to be mindful of the significance of this day.  To all my Jewish friends, I wish you and yours a Pesach Same’ach.  Shalom.  To all my non-believing friends, I wish you a happy day and with hope one filled with good thoughts and service to others.  Carry on.

In case you have not been following the goings on in Indianapolis, there was a law passed that prohibits state laws that substantially burden anyone with any law that would inhibit them from following their conscience or adhering to their religious beliefs.’

(“Person”, in this case, can be an actual person a legal entity such as a business, organization, religious institution and others.)

Basically, it harks back to the gay wedding cake kerfuffle.

(There was a baker who refused to make a gay wedding cake and was sued.  The case went to court and the baker lost and was assessed a $150,000 judgment.  That drove him out business.)

Let’s get into the “Way Back Machine”…

Some (not that many) years ago sodomy was against the law. In fact there are still some states which have anti-sodomy laws on the books but not enforced.  Sure, everyone knew there were gays.  There was the “committed bachelor” uncle or the “spinster” aunt in some families.  There were some people on TV and the movies that just did not seem right.    Then came the Paul Lyndes and the Charles Nelson Reillys and others.  (Not sure who was the first openly gay actor, perhaps Quentin Crisp?)

As it was not “socially acceptable” to be gay, they largely stayed to themselves.  To be “outed” was usually the end of a career in many industries, even in liberal Hollyweird.

Then came the end of the Blue Laws (you saw that coming), the permissiveness of the 60s and all of a sudden while not widely accepted by most of Americans, the counter-culture and hippies were like so cool with that, ya know… lie, whatever turns you on man.

Then there were the “Stonewall Riots” in 1969 in Greenwich Village, in NYC, a gay bastion. This was during the time of race riots, still smoldering from the Watts Riots some years earlier and a year after the Democrat National Convention Riots in Chicago and other anti-war riots of the time.  (Hippies? They were a riot!)

So, when the smoke literally settled the war was still on, the blacks did get some respect and their civil rights and the gays were coming out of the woodwork as well as the closets.

But there was still a social stigma for many years in the mainstream through the 80s and 90s and into the new millennium.  Lawrence v. Texas all but opened the floodgates and “legitimized” homosexual behavior.

To make a long story short there was an issue when cops went into an apartment without permission of the owner and “allegedly” came across two males in flagrante delicto. They were arrested under Texas’ anti-sodomy law.

There were a number of machinations with respect to the arrests went down, the trial and finally the appeal.  The thing what was said over and over again by every liberal was “we only want to have the right to do whatever two consenting adults do in the privacy in their own bedroom!  That is all! Nothing else! We are not looking to get married, we are not going to dance in the street naked, blah, blah, blah…”

Repeat a lie often enough…

Those of you who were “lucky” enough to get the FISH back then will recall what I predicted.  I said that IF Lawrence prevails, there will be partying in the street with every kind of sexual deviancy on display and that is will be a stepping stone to legalize gay “marriage.”

Lemme ask you, what happened?

Yup, the day after the ruling there were parades, the dykes-on-bikes, all but naked folks in the streets in the areas with predominantly gay residents and ever since then a high-pitched hue and cry about gay “marriage.”

Putting on my pyramid-shaped tin hat a few years later I said that the thrust for gay “rights” and “marriage” has nothing to do with that at all. The gays were just one of many mere pawns in a game to destroy the American Way of life and ultimately America herself.  (This was in the series of Communism’s roots, goals, history and how the Communist Manifesto is being used by a socialist activist to ruin us.)

By promoting the gay lifestyle, you are simultaneously marginalizing and minimizing the family.  (I am not getting preachy and not trying to disrespect anyone. For purposes of this thing of ours the “family” is the “conventional” family.)

All things considered not that long ago, Lucy and “Ricky Ricardo”  were married on the show as well as in real life. And their bedroom featured twin beds. How quaint!  (How did Little Ricky get here???)

Today, on daytime soaps you can see two “naked” guys in bed, again in DAYTIME. And, how many TV shows feature a gay character, gay themes and so on?

Like the lies from the lawyers for Lawrence, all that they claimed would not happen, did.  And we did not care because we were sick of it, sick of hearing about it and has been said, the only thing necessary for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing.

I am not going to get into the conspiratorial aspects of the Lawrence case.  But, it is a little strange that three “allegedly” drunk gay guys could change the entire gay perception overnight, no?

(I hate to explain myself but I prolly must.  For the millionth time, I am not anti-gay, a homophobe or anything of the like. I have gay friends, and they are well, friends and not defined by being gay. You know what I mean. Ditto blacks or anyone else.  It is that I am not afraid to open my big fat mouth and say what many are thinking.)

The way I perceive it is just another step by a Godless cabal who are hell-bent for leather to destroy the moral fabric of America and eventually the Country herself.

Baby steps, you see.

I am not saying that this is their plan but this uproar in Indiana is over something that just makes no sense and less difference as you will see.  If it was not for this law things could really go south.  Left to its ultimate end, if this law is overturned many/all religious institutions might go away.

I know what you are thinking: Just because it is written in the Communist Manifesto that religion must be eradicated and all the evils that have visited us of late are from that book does not mean this will come true, right?

Er, yeah, sure, you just keep on believing that.

But first what have you been told recently by the gum’mint that has been the truth?  ISIS? Syria? Iran? Israel?  OBAMA’S OBAMACARE? “Shovel Ready” jobs? Solyndra? What else?

This guy is a magician making your freedoms disappear under your very nose, like anything else, this is a distraction, this is not how it appears.

I work hard for my money. That mean YOU need to work hard for my money. If I go to a place and get sub-par services or quality of goods, you lost me as a customer forever.  (I went to a chain Italian restaurant in California over 20 years ago.  I had a bad experience. I have never set foot in one since.)

If a gay couple felt as I do and they went to a baker and he refused a gay wedding cake, I would take my business elsewhere.  I would not make, literally, a federal case out of it.  I would not argue my point as then I would be concerned about quality, process, delivery, etc. I would go elsewhere.

Now, follow me here as we have covered some of this in previous issues regarding OBAMA’S OBAMACARE and providing insurance that covers abortions for employees of religious institutions.  If the gum’mint can force a business owner to compromise their principles under penalty of law, what is to say that religious institutions will not be forced to perform gay “marriages?”

I mean, what is the difference? Right? It is a service, it is not free ergo the case can be pressed that is covered by the Commerce Clause of the Constitution as most religious denominations are nationwide if not worldwide.

(And PLEASE do not bring up the so-called, mis-applied and alleged “Separation of Church and State.” As WE all know, it does not exist, and even if it did, other than in the addled minds of Liberals, it would only work in their favor.)

To recap, the law as written is not discriminatory.  In fact, if you really think about it, it is a law of equality.

How?

Lemme let you answer this.

A gay couple wants a wedding cake. The baker (for example, any similar situation would apply) is against gay “marriage.”  What happens is one set of beliefs is off-set by another, it is neutral, it is equal.  One does not get a cake, one does not make any money. It is neutral, it is equal.

Now, if you FORCED a baker to bake said cake (and for argument there are people to make sure it is made correctly and on time) and the baker’s beliefs are compromised, where is the equality?

Now, you can’t refuse to sell gas to a gay person because they might drive to their boyfriend’s house.  There is no moral responsibility or religious belief involved in such a case. But refusing to rent a hall run by a religious organization for a GLAAD meeting, refusing to make a gay cake, refusing to perform abortions, and the like are all matters of religious conscience and must be respected.

The cake is, IMHO, an extreme example on the surface, but the others are less so. I can agree with not making the cake less than making a statement, though others may disagree, but to thwart further erosion of religious freedoms.

If they can make us bake cakes, they can then cite precedence and demand the rental of the Knights of Columbus hall, then demand a Church to perform and bless gay marriages under the penalty of the yet-unwritten law that gay “rights” trump religious freedom.

You think I am joking?  Ask 1930s Germany.  Ask the 6,000,000 killed in the concentration camps. And if you think I am crazy, by all means tell me your scenario if we give people not “equal  rights” but “extraordinary rights.”

Last thing, don’t let it slip by.  If we give one group something at the expense of another, it is no longer equality. It is brutality.

My Friends and Fellow Cancelled Voters:

(OPEN BAR: Today is Wednesday, prolly no surprise to most of you. That is unless you have been commiserating ad nauseam with Johnnie Walker, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels or the like. As you may or may not have become accustomed, I gen’ly endeavor to send this tantalizing array of awry thought out on Tuesdays and most Saturdays – at no extra charge, and barely worth that.   Oftime when the issue does not go out on time it is due to either my having run out of daylight to conjure up an issue or on occasion there is nothing about which to write. This may come as a surprise to some/most/all but I do not wish to bang out something for drill which is not salient or germane.   You might surmise that my level of things which I think passes for an item of interest is set low. You surmise accurately. But, all it takes at times is a word, a phrase or something else in an email or a tweet from one of which is the acorn from which a mighty FISH blossoms, to mix metaphors. But the tardiness of this particular missive was not due to an influx of work or an outflux of inflatus but for purpose. As this issue will discuss very briefly some of the characters and creatchures aspiring to the Big Chair, what better day to trot them out than today, the First of April – April Fool’s Day. Enjoy!)

The Republicrats are boasting the likes of John Bolton, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Jim Gilmore, Trey Gowdy, Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal, Lindsey Graham, George Pataki, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Donald Trump, Scott Walker and others.

The Liberal Socialist Democrats (LSD) (you HAVE to be tripping!) are considering Corey Booker, Hillary Clinton, Andrew Cuomo, Howard Dean, Rahm Emanuel, Martin O’Malley, Mark Warner, Elizabeth Warren, Jim Webb and more that ilk.

There are a large number of other Liberals whose names are being bandied about. From Ben Affleck to Sherrod Brown to Kristin Gillibrand to Janet from Another Planet to Vermin Supreme and more. (I am not joking about the last one, you can look it up.)

Of course, there are always a few ultra-nutty-loonies running and they typically are the one issue types. (Looking at the laundry list of lib losers, that is saying something!) Like the dude that ran for mayor of New York on the “The Rent is Too Damn High” ticket. So, you can imagine what his one issue was.

(However, later on it was discovered that he was living in a house rent free. As a result of a blatant lie and running on an issue in which he had no beef, he was forced to register as a Democrat.)

While it is far too early to have a presumptive candidate for either party (especially as only one “viable” candidate has announced) and there are a brazillion candidates suggested/suggesting, I am not going to spend a lot of time on each. Perhaps just a positive (relatively speaking) and a negative for each.

For those of you who have asked me who I like, I will repeat what I have said: There is only one person I could trust 100% to run the joint and I am about two-billion dollars short to wage a campaign. Who my second choices are will be determined once the field has been winnowed to a reasonable number.

So, to quote Gary Mark Gilmore, “Let’s do it.”

Socialists, Liberals and Democrats:

Corey Booker: Positive: He has done it on his own and has done a pretty fair job cleaning up the sewer that is Newark. Negative: He is an ultra-liberal Biff-Lite. (For the record, Biff has tainted the possibility of a black Democrat being elected perhaps for generations. IMHBVAO.)

Hillary Clinton: Positive:   Has a lot of experience. Negative: None of it good. Is considered a liar and untrustworthy by those in her own party. She could be picked because the Left gets nothing right.

Andrew Cuomo: Positive: Looks good in a suit. Negative: Is a cry-baby hypocritical megalomaniac. So, he could be a VEEP candidate. (I live in NY, he is the governor. I ASSURE you, I do NOT have his horrible accent and improbable speech pattern.)

Howard Dean: Positive: He is humorous. Negative: He is insane.

Rahm Emanuel: Positive: All but guaranteed the dead vote. Negative: Is in a run-off for his own job against someone hardly anyone has heard of in a city that he owns.

Martin O’Malley: Positive: No one as heard of this former governor of Maryland. Negative: If you did, you prolly know of his “alleged” affair with a news woman who “allegedly” was run over by a car as she was about do a report on TV. This “allegedly” happened after his wife learned of this “alleged” affair.

Mark Warner: Positive: This senator from Virginia is like any guy you know who is worth over a quarter of a billion dollars and married a girl he met at a frat kegger. Negative: He is a party hack with ties to big business and banks and has a spotty record with respect to elections he has had involvement in any way.

Elizabeth Warren: Positive: Has not, er, um, ah, I mean… Negative: Per the previous issue, she brings a lot to the table. Sadly it is all baggage. Seems to be unacquainted with the truth in many issues.

Jim Webb: Positive: Decorated Nam Vet. Negative: Prolly has second or third most skeletons in his closet that are sure to arise to his and his party’s discomfort, if they had any shame.

RINO’s, Republicrats and Republicans:

John Bolton: Positive: Brilliant man and one of the brightest with respect to foreign matters. (Did not want to say “affairs” so as not to insult the Dems.) Negative: Bombastic and comes off too tough. (I love the guy.)

Jeb Bush: Positive: John Ellis Bush is married to a Latina. Negative: Is all over the place with his convoluted message. (We need another Bush like Custer needed more Indians.)

Ben Carson: Positive: A brilliant man who put Biff in his place. Bona fides are generally good though there is some kerfuffle about is fealty to the Second Amendment. (Misinformation?) Negative:   Biff spoiled it for a man of color to ascend to the presidency. Maybe VEEP?

Chris Christie: Positive: Speaks his mind. Reminds one of William Howard Taft. Negative: Too many suck-ups with Biff and his excuses for doing so are pathetic.   Reminds one of William Howard Taft.

Ted Cruz: Positive: Is a Conservative, is a brilliant man and skillful debater. Negative: Is not warm and fuzzy, rubs people the wrong way. (Because he was born Canadania all of a sudden the Dems have a great interest in who is eligible to be president. His mother is American, he has never taken any steps to accept Canadanian citizenship [as he left there when he was four years old], ergo he is a natural born American and Constitutionally is eligible.)

Carly Fiorina: Positive: A very bright, very successful female. Negative: Not that widely known outside of business circles and may be tainted by the “female brush” due to the case of Liberal wimmens who can’t seem to do anything right, tell the truth and/or keep their feets out of their mouths. (Sadly, about 99% of the Lib wimmens give the rest a bad name.)

Trey Gowdy: Positive: Brilliant prosecutor and has the gonadature to Pitt-bull anyone. Negative: Is not warm and fuzzy either, while sort of charismatic his demographics do not translate to a win. (I’d vote for him but perhaps he could be a REAL AG!)

Bobby Jindal: Positive: Adds another dimension to the face of the Republicans. Negative: Not that highly regarded in his own state. Seems not to have a clear vision of what he really wants to do. (If he was a bit more Liberal, he could be a conservative Dem candidate.)

Mitt Romney: Positive: Telegenic, good communicator, great problem solver, except for one thing. Negative:   The one thing is he can’t get elected President. He SHOULD have won last time but he let Biff off the hook at the second debate and let the ultra-biased Candy Crowley feed Biff (wrong) answers and let her call the ball. Had he pantsed Biff as he did in the first debate and called Crowley out for her partisanship, I am convinced we would be discussing his re-election. Let JEB and him buy their own country to run.

Donald Trump: Positive: He appears to be a winner in everything he touches, driven, good bona fides. Negative: Has an ego bigger than Biff’s which is off-putting to some. (While not taking up for him, his is far more deserved.)   He could get my vote.

Scott Walker: Positive: Is pilloried by the SRMFM so he must be threat. Instrumental in making Wisconsin a right-to-work state. Negative: Is not widely known and that gives the SRMFM to define him. I am not sure that he can overcome that.

There are others, of course, who aspire to the big chair. Virtually every Democrat in Congress thinks he or she deserves the job. In the exception that proves the rule of the Peter Principle, they can’t even do their current jobs well so they are ripe for promotion.

On the Republican side there are the likes of Jim Gilmore Mike Huckabee, Lindsey Graham, George Pataki, Rick Santorum among others who are considered by others (or themselves in some cases) to be viable candidates.

I did not profile them (yet) as I do not see any of them going any further. But, I have been wrong before.

Lie-A-Watha is on the warpath!   She so wants to be the President so much that she can taste it. Warren’s only saving grace at this point is that she is more honest than The Hilderbeast. (That is as difficult as being more liberal than I am.)

MorOn.Argh seems to have been the first large organization to support her.  Do not know why.  But as I say, if MorOn is for it, I am prolly against it and this is no exception.

She is pushing the same brand of Liberal Socialism Democraticism, or: LSD. And you HAVE to be tripping if you think she makes any sense.

Of course, now that voting is mandatory for anyone even standing in the US on Election Day… wait, not quite so fast.  But Biff’s anti-Constitutional threat is every bit as hare-brained as most of the ones coming from the good Senator.

Let’s throw an eyeball or two on her double-digit IQ plan to further destroy America! Shall we?  Do! Let’s!

(There will be a BRIEF comment on each one as we have covered many of these “idears” in the past.)

Raise the minimum wage.  Heck, why not make it $100 per hour?  These people do not understand economics.  In a nut shell, so simple a liberal can understand it, if you raise wages you have to raise prices and the pay raise goes to offset the rise in prices created to offset the rise in wages. See?  (At least she said not say “Living wage” which is allegedly $22.56 per hour here. “Would you like to finance that Big Mac?”)

Support workers’ bargaining rights. Lessee, who benefits the most here.  Business? Nope.  Management?  Nope Part II.  Must be the worker!  Strike three! Then who?  The answer is very simple.  UNIONS!  Let’s look at the top five unions that donated to political parties and who gets their money.

1) SEIU  $222 Million.  99% to the Left, 1% to the right

2) Act Blue $149 Million. 100% Left, 0% right.

3) AFSCME $93 Million.  99% Left, 1% Right.

4) NEA $92 Million. 97% Left, 4% Right. (Yes. you read that right. The National Education Assn. donated 101%.)

5) Fahr, LLC $75 Million.  100% Left, 0% Right.

So the top five union political unions donated $631,592,170 to both parties, but the Right received $3,196,459, or roughly one-half of one percent!

There are any number of reports and articles which prove that wages are higher in Right-to-Work states and that in some cases, unions dues do not pay for themselves.

Enforce overtime pay and pension funding. Not sure how this makes sense.  If you are an hourly person (Non-Exempt), federal wage guidelines in the FSLA demand overtime pay.  If you are in management or other decision making positions, you are not entitled to overtime.   As far as funding a pension, that is not a guarantee on any job.  It is a benefit and it can be taken away at any time.  (Not to be confused with a 401k, 403b, IRA, etc.)  Yes, if there is a union contract it can’t be taken away until the next round of negotiations. And seeing how much unions pay for the Dems and Libs in Congress, they are not going away.  It is more redistribution of wealth.

Ensure equal pay for equal work.  I have no problem with that.  The paymaster ought to be color, gender and everything else blind.  Two people doing the exact same job to the same degree of proficiency ought to be paid the same.  (Of course, when it comes to unions, often the seniority takes precedence over talent.  But, shhhhh. We don’t want to mention Liberal hypocrisy or talk bad about unions!)

Protect Social Security, Medicare and pensions.  As I have written any number of times, SSI is a scam and it was designed to be a scam and it was the bedrock on which OBAMA’S OBAMACARE scam was built.  (Did you see the article that now Biff is blaming OBAMA’S OBAMACARE on… any guesses? Yup, Bush.  SMH.)  Whatever money is in there is earmarked for the participants and not the millions of “new future retirees” who arrive daily.  If you do not pay into SSI, you should get nothing back. Save or go back whence you came if you do not like it. Medicare is beyond description but I find it telling that she is NOT trying to protect OBAMA’S OBAMACARE. And protect pensions? See above but I get nervous here. Yes, pensions should be protected but with the same conditions as listed above.  But the gum’mint screwed up SSI, we should ensure there is more than an arm’s-length distance between any pension and any gum’mint agency.

Invest in infrastructure to create jobs and support industry.  If she said that we should invest in infrastructure to make the roads and bridges safer and that will create more jobs, I would be all for it.  But I am disabused to spend more of my tax money to create jobs for no good reason.  (Remember Biff said there were millions of “shovel ready” jobs”?  Remember the one and only time he admitted that he lied and that he knew it was not true?) I would wager that the very vast majority of construction jobs are union.  More jobs mean more union members mean more union dues mean more donations to the Left. No thanks. Quite frankly, I would not be against privatizing the roads. I assure you that the infrastructure would not be in as bad shape as it is if it was in private hands.  Ever notice who the Lefties rail against when a bridge falls, a tunnel collapses or road falls apart?

Make sure all Americans and corporations pay their fair share of taxes.  All for it! But they are not. You see, under the current IRS regulations there is no way to insure everyone plays by the same rules.  If we had a flat tax taken out of your wages every week for everyone and the deductions were, lemme borrow a term, rare and safe, then we could all equally shoulder the burden. Of course, things like political donations would NOT be deductible… (That would never pass.)  As far as corporations, that is a mess.  On the one hand, we have the highest corporate tax in the free world.  Yet, there are loopholes and handouts so that some companies pay no taxes, or in some cases get “corporate welfare.” Where is the fairness?  All companies should pair a fair amount, all should pay taxes in their world-wide earnings here.  As there will be no huge political contributions because they are no longer tax deductible, we may see a more level playing field. (Needless to say more discussion is needed at a later date.)

Enact trade policies and tax codes that raise living standards and create jobs. Er, no.  She is all over the map.  She wants this wage, that illegal, this policy, that tax rate, this living standard that protection and so on and so forth.  Trade policies have next to nothing to do with the rest of that disjointed sentence.  We just discussed tax codes. Settled.  Raise living standards? But whose standards? Even the poorest in this country live better than roughly 90% of the people in the world.  Create jobs?  It is not a vacuum. Jobs exist because of a need, not because some wing nut says there should be more jobs.  And the type of falsely-created, low-paying, entry-level jobs do one thing: suck money out of the pockets of the taxpayers.

In all fairness, there are some good ideas in there.  In all reality it is more namby-pamby, self-hating, riddled-with-guilt, nanny- state power-grab redistribution of wealth. But, as she is a Liberal and/or Socialist I repeat myself.

If something looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Where is the catch? Recall the old “Twilight Zone” episode “To Serve Man.”  Briefly, aliens came to Earth, took good care of them, fed them etc. Someone finds one of their books: “To Serve Man.”  After they finally translate it they find out it is a cookbook.

Same with the Liberals.

They pretend to be nice but they are merely fattening us up for slaughter.  Take a look at her points again and again.  You will hear much the same or worse from the other Liberals Socialist candidates.  Unless they have a revenue neutral (no cost to the taxpayer, anywhere) concrete plan for doing what they wish, RUN AWAY!!

On a related note, I came across this item. I would prolly vote for this guy.  It is the antipodal to the above.

NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE I:

You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

You do not have  the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone — not  just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of dummies, and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III:

You do not have the  right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.

ARTICLE  IV:

You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who  achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

You do not have the  right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we’re just not interested in public health care.

ARTICLE  VI

You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don’t be surprised if the rest of us want to see you get the blue juice.

ARTICLE  VII:

You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don’t be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you  away in a place where you still won’t have the right  to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII:

You do not have the right to a job.  All of us sure want you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

ARTICLE IX:

You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are  unencumbered by an overabundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

This is an English  speaking country. We don’t care where you came from, English is our language. Learn it!

Yes, she lied.

She misled.

She really lied.

She did not tell the truth.

She was not honest.

She was not forthcoming.

She was mendacious.

She was mythomaniacal.

She was everestally dissembling.

It is not likely that she is familiar with the truth in any of its constructs.

Pick a subject, she lied about it.

Let’s start when we first met this Wellesley Graduate (Where her senior thesis was a ninety-six page thesis on… wait for it…. Saul Alinsky.)  Prolly most people will remember her on “60 Liberal Minutes” standing by her cheating man talking about Gennifer Flowers.

Then there was all the stuff at the Rose Law firm with missing records.  Not a shock to anyone, but somehow, her one-hundred-sixteen page binder of billing records mysteriously went missing after being subpoenaed by Kenneth Starr.

And, shock of shocks, sometime AFTER the investigation ended, as if by magic, there they were, on a table in the private residence in the White House.  (Things are always in the last place you look, right? Honest mistake.)

Speaking of missing documents, then there were the documents from Vince Foster’s office that went missing.  Hillaroo said she knew nothing of them. Yet one of her deputies, Maggie Williams, seems to have remembered that Hillaroo told her to move them.

(You remember Vince Foster, right? He was a White House counsel that killed himself, hid the gun then rolled himself up in a rug then drove to the Virginia side of the Potomac and dumped his body.  See, there is always a rational answer!)

Foreign money donations, “Russian Re-Set”, $6 billion missing from the State Dept., and the alleged “sniper-fire” in the Balkans.

Travelgate, Castle Grande, Whitewater, the cattle futures, and more and more.

Geesh! This poor woman!

I have a friend who attended the same high school as did I.  After college he got a gig with the State Dept. and rose to ambassador of a few countries where the ambassador is not a plum gig for a political donor.  We are talking he earned it.  We are talking third world kind of joints.

He was in Tiananmen Square during the riots there.  He was in the Horn of Africa when Somalia was a brewing and other places where other bad things occurred.  The joke became if you wanted to know there the next trouble spot was going to be then all you had to do is find out where Donald was posted.  (I can’t divulge where he is now but the streak is still safe.)

Now, I know Donald well over forty years.  There are more than enough good things that I can say about his intelligence, his integrity, his dedication, his patriotism and more.  The fact that these things happened when he was there was just the way it was.

I am sure that it is the same with the Hilderbeast. I am sure she is as pure as the driven snow and is just a victim of poor timing, memory and morals…  Er.  No.

Ever hear the old story: “One lies and the other will swear to it?”  Between her and her hubby, they can’t even get their lies together.

The Hilderbeast claims to have thousands of texts to BJ.  BJ claims there were two.  (Or, was it the other way around?)  I am sure they are both wrong but the orders of magnitude in difference is astounding.

She claims she had a private email server because it was “too difficult” to carry two phones.  And she wants to be president?  Even Biff has not sunk that low yet. I mean despite what his disciples say, he is not the sharpest fish in the book and even HE can manage with one phone.

And not for anything, do you ever see her alone?  When was the last time you saw her in the Piggly Wiggly or the Family Dollar? When was the last time she took the family jitney to the car wash?  When was the last time you saw her picking up her dry cleaning?

The next time you see a pig fly will be the first time she had done any of those things in decades.

Her assistants have assistants for goodness sake.  Her Muslim capo Huma Abedin could carry it. After all SHE has a “clintonmail.com”, or whatever, account as well. She could handle all THOSE emails. (And the list of peeps who have that “coveted” email looks like a “who’s who” of socialist politics.  Or, who should be on a court docket.  But I repeat myself.)

But, every day it gets worse and worse for our gal Hill.

You see, she had “only a few emails.”  Then there were the private ones (I am sure I do NOT want to know the content) and there were some “business related” ones.

But, they are not important.

They took her email and scrutinized all 30,000 of them (or, was it 60,000….?) with a program that looks for certain key words and they scrubbed her email account of any email that did not contain the “sensitive” words.

She (and when I say “she” it is in the editorial sense here pertaining to anyone on her staff) claims that was sufficient and when queried if anyone read them she said “no.”

When it was suggested that there could be some (a lot, most, all?) of her emails that were VERY sensitive by nature but did not contain a “sensitive” word, then what? She (staff) gave assurances that did not happen.

I mean, for instance, she “allegedly” did not send ANY emails during the time around Benghazi. I would be shocked if “Benghazi” was not one of the “sensitive” words.  But, who is to say she did not call it “Detroit” or “Disneyland” or “the yard.”  That would not be caught and it would be deleted.

Faced with a similar line of questioning, she said, oh, wait, all 30,000-odd emails DID have eyes on them!  Silly  me!

So, do we believe that lie or the first two?

With respect to her emails while SecState there is one small problem for her and this may bring down the whole house of cards, or, canards.

There is this thing called the “OF-109”.  Wait for Her Thighness “mis-remember” that form.

Anywho, this form is completed and signed by all employees of State at the time of separation, from top to bottom, no one is exempt.

If she DID NOT sign the form, then there is a huge problem as someone would have had to give her special dispensation.  But who?   I am 100% certain that we will not find out from that mouth-breather of State spokes-troll Jan Psaki.

If she DID sign the form, well then, it is pretty easy to figger out, she prolly committed a felony.   It says plain and simple that she must hand over all State Department related documents under penalty of law.  All parts of the penal code are noted on the form.  (And God help her if she says “they are electronic, not paper or documents.”)

To recap: If she did not sign it, there may be a conspiracy.  If she did, there may be a felony.  Nice.  And she wants to be president?

Just so you do not think her mendacity is a recent development, let’s hop in the “Way Back Machine.”

Twenty-seven year old Hillaroo was a lawyer on the Nixon Impeachment Committee.  (Candidly, possibly not the least biased panel.) She was supervised by one Jerry Zeifman who fired Hillaroo and refused to give her letter of recommendation.

Why?

In his words: “Because she is a liar. She was an unethical and dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the Committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

Among a number of other things, she (and to be fair others as well) did not want Nixon to have legal representations during his impeachment.  She was advised there was legal precedent for a defendant in an impeachment hearing to have counsel. (Supreme Court Justice Douglas.)

What did she do?

Well according to Zeifman:

“Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public,” Zeifman said.

“Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding – as if the Douglas case had never occurred.

“The brief was so fraudulent and ridiculous, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.”  (Canada Free Press 24 January 2013)

She (allegedly) hides paper documents when she is a new lawyer, she (allegedly) hides paper documents when she is a seasoned lawyer, she (allegedly) hides paper documents as a First Lady.

Now, she (allegedly) hides/destroys electronic documents as Secretary of State.

These, my friends, are not what one would call “co-inky-dinks”, these are what cops might call a “pattern” or “modus operandi.”

What is all this leading towards?

Nothing that you did not already know.

I would bet that virtually all of you knew at least 75% or more of what is listed above.  I would bet that 90% of you knew almost all of it. Perhaps not every detail but every incident.

There is nothing this woman says that I would believe with checking at least three times.  (No joke.) As big of a problem her husband, BJ, is or even Biff, has with the truth, she is their equal or perhaps better.

The difference being that to some people, BJ and Biff have some sort of charisma, perhaps BJ more so. She does not. She does not have a lick of charisma. And that phony smile and that phonier “I’m surprised” chipmunk-like face she puts on is so unbelievable, so contrived and so insulting that it can elicit a visceral reaction at times.

How she has thusfar avoider prosecution is a better trick than Houdini, Chris Angel and Penn and Teller combined could ever concoct.

The Hilderbeast the poster girl for what is wrong with politicians in particular and politics in general.

And she wants to be president. That is a lie of course, she wants to be Queen of the Universe. But even when it comes to saying she wants to be president, she lies as she says she has not made up her mind.

Her mind was made up when she was in the womb. But, to be fair, EVERYONE who is thinking of running says the same thing.  (I would love to run, still $1,999, 999, 905.00 short)

We have already been beaten in to submission by eight years of Liberal control of Congress and seven years of Biffs mythomania.  As Goebbels said, repeat a lie long enough and it becomes the truth.

The lying has transcended mere lying to a pathological state where they do not realize they are lying as they do not know the truth anymore.  And to be fair, there are a good number of so-called “Republicans” who are not much better, they just have not perfected lying as well as the Liberals.

Assume nothing to be true that comes out of the mouths of any politician until you have checked it out for yourself.  The two exceptions to that would be Hillaroo and Biff. There is no expectation that anything they say is true.

My Friends and Fellow Dear Abby Fans:

I try to be fair. I really do.

I will be the first to admit I am not always right. In some areas I have a pretty good track record, in others not so much so. But when it comes to politics and political issues, I am usually on the mark.

When I post something as a fact, I have the facts to back up my statement. When I post something as opinion, I preface it as such so as not to conflate the two. When I am wrong, I will put on my big-boy pants and admit the error and if it was here will print the retraction and supporting facts.

What I have found in the past few (say, six or seven) years is that Liberals are, well, somewhat liberal with the truth. They know it, I know it and I am happy to tell them I know it and I am very happy to expose them if they do not make amends.

Other than the expected half-truths and outright lies of politicians of any stripe and the mis- and under- reporting of the events of the day that will get me steamed to the boiling point are the ignorant blatherings of the Biff automatonobots.

It is one thing to lie because you are advancing your agenda. It is one thing to lie because you are covering your or someone else’s butt. Either way, it is not right. But, this is the way things, sadly, go. Just like a lot of things that are happening. And with the Grace of God they may be changed!

But it is a whole ‘nother thing when some kool ade drinking Lefty spouts out a bunch of pasture pastries and then when called on it, they can’t back it up, or worse, they ignore you.

So, you see where THIS is going.

I have a friend. A dear friend, I thought. I have known him since the mid-70s. I hired this guy at one point and prolly got him his start in his career. We have shared a lot of good times. Heck, he was even in my wedding party and I went to his last year.

All of a sudden his posts start getting weirder and weirder. He posts things from the socialist Bernie Sanders and from a bunch of left wing blogs that make MorOn.Argh look like the Encyclopaedia Britannica.

I care for this guy. I don’t want him hanging around with a bad crowd, like Liberals. He is a very bright guy as well and that is why I am surprised even more.

He will make a post, I will deconstruct it with verifiable data and then, silence. He hardly ever replies.   At times, one of his left wing friends will make a stupid retort and often there is a post by someone else that I know almost as long as my friend who says something like “that’s right!” or “go get him!”

I have posted to that person that being a cheerleader to ignorance is not a very lofty goal. I suggested that if she had something constructive to add, to please do, as long it was from a reliable source.

For some reason she has fallen of the radar.

Let’s go to some recent posts.   (I am going to ask for your opinion at the end.)

There is a post with a picture of a crowd. One young man with a shamrock painted on his face is drinking a beer. The caption is: “If thousands of black people skipped work to do drugs and vandalize the streets while dressed in matching colors, Congress would declare a national emergency.”

I saw that as a target-rich environment. I made a comment, added to it and waited to see if he took the bait.

PRECIOUS: “Skipped work?”

PRECIOUS: And Congress would not, Congress would give them money.

BLAZE: That’s not racist, is it?

PRECIOUS: That you posted “if thousands of black people skipped work to do drugs?” Yes I find it racist. Very racist. You are saying that blacks take drugs and a load of Irishmen drink. (Alleging that drinking is a drug is moot here. Had it said “drinking” that would different) BUT, since you brought up race, how many people were shot at Paddy’s Day parades? How many stores were looted? At what point were the National Guard called in? And to add to that, “matching colors?” I assume (I hate to assume but…) that you refer to blacks wearing black hoodies (like the one I am wearing at this moment) and the Irish all wear green. How many people do you see wearing green in the picture above? If they are not talking about “green” which color are they talking about?

CRICKETS.

A few days earlier he put up a post with an old Vet saluting. Above that was:

“Dear Republicans: I’m a Vet, and I’ll support your sending 10,000 Americans into another war for petrochemicals and military industrial complex profiteering – just as soon as you and everyone who stands to make a big ol’ profit off your recommended actions – are among the first people on the front lines. (Allegedly said by one “Mark Davies, NM.”)

I know a lot of other Vets and I know a lot of Vets get this thing of ours. I know (a very) few Liberal Vets but I do not know ANY Vets who speak like this. (Well, maybe John WTLF Kerry. But I’d wager that his lovely bride is invested in these types of companies.)

This does not sound right to me, as I read it and say it, it is wrong, it is stilted, it is bovine scatology.   How do I know? It is a gift. It sounds like propaganda, plain and simple.

Now, I am not doubting that there is a Mark Davies or even that he is a Vet. But the picture is bull. As I said the fellow in the pic is prolly in his 70s. And he is wearing a Nam era jacket with a cross on the lapel. Seems like an odd choice of a pic of a Chaplain if you ask me.

Man… I had a beautiful FISH almost completed.  I had caught the Hilderbeast and was fileting her past with great abandon. I had to stop for the moment to take care of other things and before I could wrap her up in a paper, I had an inflatus.

Anywho, this morning I was saying my prayers and pow, something came to my little brain, rolled around and left the idea that I am going to try to present.  (Funny thing when you talk to God, sometimes He Talks back.)

We are going to take a back road to get to where we need to get to today. Yeah, I know, we are not exactly breaking any new ground in that but I am driving and the Muse is reading the map to me.  The problem is that she does not realize it is a topographic map and we are gonna be comin’ ‘round the mountain here soon.  (That, BTW, is based on a true story.)

Dolce and Gabanna, ever hear of them, know anything about them? Yup, me neither.  Heard the name but not sure exactly what/who they are.  Who they are is a high fashion designer house and high end accessories.  What they are is gay.

Big deal? Nope, not any more.  But these guys have done something stunning.  They have basically biotch-slapped their own.

Wow! But they were not done yet. Apparently they have some views on in vitro fertilization.

This has not gone unnoticed.

Quite a few celebs both straight and gay have attacked them. Some, like that one-time drug-addled Courtney Love said that she was going to burn all of her D&G clothes.

A different Queen of Rock, Elton John, went on one of his famous acerbic, nasty and vile hissy fits.  (He truly is nasty when this petulant poof does not get his own way.)

On D&G’s Facebook pages (where yours truly left messages of support) the nails are out on their, I guess now, ex-fans.  The guys are worse than the girls.

As I have said, if you tell the truth, you won’t have to remember all the lies.  Associated with that is if you do the right thing, you have nothing to worry about. Sure, there may be repercussions  but they will be far less than your persecutors.

There is some gene in the human makeup that went wally at some point.  It morphed, mutated, transitioned or something.  There was prolly a “good” or “nice” gene and prolly a “common sense” gene and they got crossed with a “guilty” gene and created the horrible monster the “liberal” gene.

If you  take goodness and common sense and throw in a load of guilt, you have a Liberal.  Proof? Any of you guys buy your wives flowers or candy for “no reason?  Ladies, ever make your hubby his favorite meal in the middle of the week for “no reason?”

I’ll bet most of you have at one point or the other.  And I assure you, I am not judging, as my florist bill might confirm.

We have talked about “Blue Laws” and getting spanked as a child and so on.  Blue laws are good, spanking not so much so but if it prevents a child from far greater punishment, say, prison, a few raps on the bottom might be the nicest thing we could do for a child.  (What does the Bible say: “He who spares the rod hates his child.”  Correct translation is “hates” not “spoils.”)

Up until the 40s, 50s and 60s, blacks were, very sadly, considered second class citizens.  It is not debatable.  Look at the way blacks were treated, look at the Tuskegee Airmen, look at Jackie Robinson, look at the liberal use of the “N” word and tell me they were on the same level as Whites.

Look at the way they were portrayed in the movies.  They were the butler, maid, bellboy, train porter, jazz musician and sometimes crook.  Even on TV with one notable exception it was not till the 70s that blacks were portrayed as middle class peeps.

The exception? “Amos and Andy” of course!  In that show everyone was black. From the cop to the shopkeeper all the major characters were black.  Yet, in a surprise to no one, the show was taken off of the air because of the National Association for the Advancement of COLORED People objected to the stereotypes.

First off, write a letter today to the NAACP and start off “Dear Colored People” and see where that gets you. Next the NAACP did not see the good for their own prejudice and self-hate.  (BTW, “Amos and Andy” started as a radio show created and voiced by two… White guys.  Go figger!)

The Beat Movement morphed into the Hippie Movement.  The Communist professors of the 40s had educated the Socialist professors of the 60s who inculcated the sad-sack heads of mush in their classes where they spread the liberalism like a bad disease across the Country.

At the same time, you have the “Nation of Islam” (started in the 30s, picked up steam into the 60s), the Black Panthers (started in 1966) and other black groups and organizations making pleas, demands and/or threats for equality, voting rights, jobs and so on.

Not unlike today’s illegals with the notable exception that these folks were citizens.

(And there were some that made insane demands but that is not necessary to discuss here.)

The Democrats were opposed to many of the things the blacks wanted. After all not only were they voting against equality and other things for blacks, they were fighting the political party that was formed to free the slaves.  (Proof that the Dems have a better PR firm than the Republicans.)

The Dems were finally convinced they had to do something.  This was largely as a result of MLK doing a great job in his brand of preaching and the Watts riots and in many other places were “inflaming” others.

To make this part shorter (as if), the Dems led by LBJ, over delivered in signing the Civil Rights Act. They knew what they were doing.  To quote LBJ: “I’ll have those N*gg*ers voting Democrat for the next 100 years.”  (Many citations.)

That opened the floodgates for profligate liberalism.  The “guilty” gene kicked on for the bad treatment of blacks, largely by the Dems.  Of course, this gene being confused with “goodness” and/or “common sense” genes created the situation where rather than saying: “We are sorry for all the harm we visited on you. We really screwed you over.  Let us HELP you become just like us!” the Dems went right for the brass ring and GAVE the blacks all they wanted and more.

But they did NOTHING to help them join society en masse, to become “just like us.”  The mentality of the old Dems did not want the blacks anywhere near them, except to serve.  Their plan was to keep enough blacks in bondage to the state so as to have a bought and paid for electorate.

And that set the table for the rest of this.

We have become a nation of cowards.  Yes, cowards.  We do not want to hurt anyone else’s feelings, so we roll over to our own detriment.

Gays want this that or the other thing.  They claim they only want “equal rights.”  I have written extensively on this. They have the EXACT SAME RIGHTS AS WE DO. Read the Constitution.  Tell me where it says gays can’t do this or that, show me! They want EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONAL rights.

Illegals come here and we give them the world.  They spit at us, desecrate our flag and make outrageous demands.  I could write a dozen more FISH on the illegals.  But, let’s start with this: They are illegal.  Done.  Anyone who does not see this as Part II of the Democrat plan for new voters is delusional.

And while we are at it, take a few minutes and look into the Castro twins. One is a cabinet secretary (HUD, of course), the other a Congressman.  Check out their mother, Rosie, a “community activist.”  Yes, a “community activist.  As my good friend “Coach Honey” might say “What could possible go wrong?”

Yeah, well she was one of the “organizers” of this thing called “La Raza Unida”, “the United Race” and their goal is the re-Mexicanization of the South West.

So, we allow millions of “poor people” to come here illegally with little to offer but a lot to demand and we roll over. We are lied to by the gummint so much that illegal aliens are not illegals that we have no idea which end is up.

Then you have the anti-God and anti-religion nuts. They are offended that there is a CHRISTmas Tree or a Menorah. What do we do? We take them down.  They don’t like prayer in school. So, what do we do? We stand right up to them, get right in their face and say “Sure, whatever you want!”

People who profess to some kind of religion comprise some 85% of the population. Yet, with almost a six-to-one majority, we lie down.

Because those Socialist teachers  and professors of the 60s and 70s “taught” the high and powerful of today.  You have idiot, yet, idiot, Supreme Court Justices who do not interpret the Constitution through the eyes of an Originalist but as a Globalist.  Like the guy on LSD, they are seeing things that just are not there. And they interpret the law through the myopic liberal eyes.

And there is nothing we can do about it.

The University of California, Irvine (“Go Anteaters”) want to BAN the American flag from the campus. It is “racist” and ,more.

And, gosh dern it, what will we do?

You have CHRISTian churches that perform gay “marriages” in strict defiance of God’s Word. (Again I hope no one hates anyone and if they must it is not for their age, sex, color, whatever.)  But while we are supposed to hate the sin but love the sinner, it does not say “well, maybe THIS sin is not so bad.”

Why are churches allowing gay marriages?

Money.

Some gays want to belong to a church.  Churches live on donations. The more parishioners, the greater the amount of donations.  Some churches are not going to turn away a donation.  The churches that typically endorse gay “marriages” have already been on a slippery slope and it is only a matter of time they shut their doors.

Again, the problem is the guy in the mirror.

Someone says they are offended by something we roll over and say, wow, that was close!

PREFACE:  Please bear in mind as you read this “Pearl of a Discounted Price” that this issue and the letter by the Senate both would be unnecessary if this Maladministration was 1 /10,000^th as honest and transparent as they claimed they would be during the campaign.  Bear in mind EVERY campaign promise was broken except for destroying the Country.  Had Biff and WTLF not entered into secret negotiations with the enemy, had Biff and the rest of the Left not treated Bibi like a red-headed step-child, had Biff and the rest of his pinions been honest, forthright and at least giving the appearance of having the best interests of my Country in mind, as Woody Woodpecker said “…then none of this ever would have happened.”

Why “flying paisley unicorns?”

I have written extensively about so-called “coincidences.”  Particularly in politics where they are gen’ly as unrelated as pulling the trigger on a rifle and a bullet flying through the air.

“So, what is troubling Precious today?” you should be wary to ask.

The word is “treason.”

The “New York Daily News”, which written on about a third grade reading level, proclaimed “Traitors” on the cover under a litany of lies from the left.

The esteemed loony Socialist Senator from the People’s Republic of Vermont, Bernie Sanders, has instigated one of the two known petitions to try 47 Republican Senators for treason. (He is truly a nutjob. Please, Senator, PLEASE, feel free to sue me.)

On the White House page there is a petition page also calling for treason charges to be preferred against the “Gang of 47.”

The slack-jawed America-hating monkeys at MorOn.Org are begging for money for a TV ad for some nefarious reason.  They still have their hemp woven panties in a wad over Bibi’s visit to Congress. (If you were not sure if you were for it, when you see who was against it that should qualify your decision.)

The jabbering acerebralbots (a just-coined neologism referring to automatons without a brain.  Not necessarily redundant in this citation) on PMS/LSD are drooling all over themselves and each other to see who can say “treason” more than the others and to come up with more and more ridiculous reasons why.

Speaking of drooling, Dr. Demento himself, Ex-Gov. Howeird Dean (“The Doctor is in…sane”) went off on some litany of non sequiturs that indicted recently installed Sen. Cotton and the rest of the gang for treason.  For some reason he said that as Cotton was only in the Senate for two months that Cotton was unqualified to make any serious statements.

And Dean knows this because he spent how much time in the Senate?  Anyone, anyone? McFly? Spicoli? Yes, you, Muse, how long was Dean in the Senate?  Biff, for that matter?

Oh, well the Muse advises, between colorful epithets and descriptives, that Dean was NEVER in the Senate.

Hmmmm…..

All of a sudden, out of nowhere, on a number or cable stations, newspapers and talking (brainless) heads simultaneously come the unique use of the words “traitor” and “treason.”

That is what I call a coincidence!

Er, no, that is what I call info being fed to the SRMFM by Media Matters who, of course, get their marching orders from the Left Wing of a building just south of Maryland…

Let’s ignore the media, as we should. Let’s look at the charges, shall we? Do! Let’s!!

The Logan Act:  1 Stat. 613, January 30, 1799. Codifed at 18 U.S.C. § 953 (2004)

§ 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

Now, let’s assume that the actions of the Senators fall under the Logan Act. Is it treason? Not by a long shot.  Treason, as limned under Article III, Section 3:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

I am soooooo sorry. I am getting ahead of myself!  Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa!

You see, Biff and WTLF are in some kind of negotiations with the Iranians over nukes.  There is no reason to expect that the dunderhead Kerry has anyone’s best interest in mind, especially America’s. What is expected to happen is that there will serious negotiations, Iran will cede nothing, WTLF will grab his own ankles and Biff will sign an Executive Order making the deal a law.

Senator Cotton drafted an open letter to the leadership of Iran. It is not classified, it is not hidden, it not code word protected, close hold or anything at all.  Pretty much the exact opposite of what Kerry is doing.

The letter basically is a short civics lesson in that any treaty must be ratified by Congress and that if a president issues an Executive Order it can be overturned by Congress upon his leaving office.

That is it in a nutshell.  No threats, no warnings, nothing other than pretty much any deal can be reversed in a few years.

That does not rise to the level of treason.  In fact the maximum penalty for violation of the Logan Act is three years in a federal correctional facility.

Some, not that many, years back, when W was President, Nasty Pelosi went to Damascus to “discuss” with the leadership of Syria various and sundry things that were not only not in her purview but she had been warned against doing such by the Bush Administration.

Needless to say, consistent with everything else she does, she screwed the pooch and made things ten times worse than they were before.  Unless, of course, that was the plan.

Now, let’s talk.

Writing a letter explaining the machinery of our government is no crime.  Irrespective of to whom a letter is sent.

What Pelosi did by ignoring a directive from the President and sitting in discussions with the leadership of a hostile county is most certainly in violation of the Logan Act at the very least.

If, and only if, it can be proved that Nasty Pelosi went there specifically to knock the wheels of the cart that we were working on, then you have treason. That carries a severe and permanent punishment.

Now, how do I know this “treason” thing is a crapshow?

Simple, look at who is complaining.   All the nutcases, peaceniks, anti-nukes (?), Anti-Semites, Anti-Americans and the like.  Virtually all the Lefties in Congress (recall: no longer are they Dems) up to and including Joey McMensa.

Now, that is to be expected.   But guess who else is ticked off at the Republican Senators? Anyone?

Nope.

Nuh-uh.

Imagine Mamoru Shigemitsu (the Japanese Foreign Minister who signed the instrument of surrender on behalf of the Emperor ending WWII) saying:  “Ah, yes, Generalsan.  I do not like this, we need to change that, we won’t do the other thing” and so on.

I am fairly sure MacArthur would have said, “Hey Mo. That is fine. Just hang on a second as we need to back this boat out of your harbor.” When the minister would ask why MacArthur could say “We don’t want to get any radiation on us when we level Tokyo in a few minutes.”

I am sure that the minister would see the wisdom of MacArthur and come to Jesus.

But, we have WTLF playing footsie with the Iranian madman as they cry on each other’s shoulders how much they hate Bibi.

So, we are negotiating with someone we can bomb back to the 7^th Century and we are being scolded by him?  Really?

The greater problem is that the gum’mint is not telling this guy to go pound sand and the greatest problem is WTLF seems to agree with him.

To recap. The Senators sent Iran a letter basically “learning them up” about the way our government (should) work and the Left is al a dither.

Much ado about nothing, this is yet another diversion.

I got a message from an old friend the other day.  A real good guy, salt of the earth type of fellow from fly-over land.  He made a comment that went something like: “What the hell has happened to my Country? I wake up and feel like I am in a low-budget horror flick where people’s brains have been stolen!”

He goes on to ask how do the “sociopaths” (his word, not mine. I am not that polite) of the Left get away with the crime of the century while the humans on the Right simply sit back and watch Rome burn.

He went on to explain that while he does not consider himself rich  he paid tens of thousands in taxes last year. He complained that the illegals and others want more and credits and deals and breaks and almost anything but to earn a pay check.

Well, I responded and amplified and went on for a bit (shock, I know!)   I started to think about if this would make a good FISH.  As it turns out, it might.  You be the judge.  (And this is one more example “How a Bill Becomes a Law!”  Oh, no, I mean: “How a Random Ide    a Becomes a FISH!”)

(OPENBAR: We all know how laws are made. Biff has a pen and a phone. Whenever OLG wants some new law he, poof, snaps his slender, manicured fingers and, as if by magic, the Constitution is shredded a little more. Or, he will call the EPA, DEC, OSHA or some other faceless and unelected entity and they will write a “rule.”  When one of these agencies create a “rule” it has the force of law. Except no one for whom you voted passed it. And, before you ask, ALL of those agencies fall under the Executive Branch of gum’mint.  Yet for some reason no seems to have a problem with the Executive Branch doing the work of the Legislative Branch. Either that or then never heard of the “Separation of Powers” and “Checks and Balances.”  For some other reason they have been able to twist Article II enough to make it mean anything.  Just like the 14^th Amendment.)

As I have said many times, I am not a fan of coincidences. Things happen for a reason.  As it turns out, just the night before, my wife was showing me some YouTube clips of some comedian, Sebastian something or other.  His name makes little difference. But, the two clips I saw were funny and one very germane to today’s topic.

To synthesize this, he was talking about how everyone thinks their kid is special. “Oh, my child is so advanced!  She reads at a fourth grade level and she is only in second grade!”

When I was in second grade I was translating Plutarch into Icelandic.  I joke, of course, but what passes for fourth grade today might be on a second grade level back in the day.

What has happened is that we have allowed the school systems in many areas to dumb down the kids to meet their testing requirements.  As a result parents are deluded onto thinking that their kid is a genius.

The comedian said “If you want your kid to amaze me, have her fly from the back of the house to the front.” Now THAT is setting the bar high.

Giving another example of how parents think their kid is all that and a packet of crisps is in sports.  He acted as a parent talking to the coach: “Um, coach, yes, we are the Gibson’s.  I was wondering why our child, Tyler, is not participating in the game with the rest of the kids?”  The coach replies: “Because he stinks, that is why we have a bench.” Of course, that is the truth. Of course, that would NEVER happen today!

I am not sure when this sense of superiority of all children came about, but they sure did not have that when I was a kid.  We were treated like idiots, gavones, we were barely tolerated in public.  If a parent did not make a crack about a kid within a few minutes, there was some other relative who would take a shot at him.

That which does not kill me…

Just like “sports” today. If you sign up, you play.  Half the time they don’t keep score and at the end everyone gets a medal for “participating.”  A kid could play a sport all through grade school and still have no idea what the heck they were doing!  But, they got a medal!  Well, ain’tchu special!

We played baseball, football or basketball, depending on the season. If you were good, you played, if not, your rode the bench.  At the end of the season, the top team or two got a trophy or something and the rest of the kids got to watch.

Today, if a kid is not getting an award, that parent is not going to take their exceptionally advanced child to see someone else get an award!  No siree!  So, EVERYONE gets a medal.  Which has the exact same gravitas as no one getting a medal.

Like the comic says in his bit and as I mentioned above, our parents did not molly coddle us, they did not tell everyone that we were “special.”  But you know something, there was zero doubt that they loved us more than anything and pity the fool that wronged their child.

Not for anything, that is not like it is today.

Today’s parents love their kids but far too many “like” their kids and want to be their “friend.”  “Friends” rarely reprimand you, you get into trouble with your friends.  What has happened is that parents have forgotten how to parent, how to be a fair disciplinarian, how to keep a kid in line and how to teach the kid that he is exactly as special, unique and amazing as every other kid.

Like that medal that everyone gets, when every kid is special, unique and amazing, he is not any better than the rest.  But the dimbulb parent can ruin a kid by making him feel superior when, like most kids, he is average.  Hence the term “average” and not “special, unique and amazing.”

Just a thought for your weekend, nothing else weightier than that.

But hark back to some old issues.

Remember when that unindicted (so far) co-conspirator the Hilderbeast said that “it took a village to raise a child?” Then this Saltine-American went off on some cockamamie story about how African villages raised the kids or some such malarkey.

It does not take a village to raise a child. It takes a pair of parents or one truly dedicated and loving single parent to do that job.  Only a parent can truly instill the values and morals that they want. But when you let the “village” raise your child, and that village is the educational system or the gum’mint, I assure you that if you are not a Left-wing nut you are going to be disappointed in the results in most every case.

Again, as I mentioned, the gum’mint taking over the rearing of children comes from the “Communist Manifesto” and those fun-loving snappy-dressers, the Nazis, worked out a plan for kids to turn in their parents for activities unbecoming, if you get my drift.

I say that we started to go downhill almost right out of the gate as a nation.  But we really went into a tailspin with the end of Blue Laws.

Most of us grew up with Blue Laws. They demanded that most businesses were closed on Sunday. There are still some areas where they are enforced. But not nearly enough.

I recall on Sunday, the bakery was open until about noon, there was a Walgreen’s Drug Store in the mall open and the bowling alley.  Virtually all other businesses but gas stations, movie houses, bars and restaurants were closed.

Back then we had Sunday dinner in the middle of the afternoon.  It was never, or hardly ever just us.  Either company came to our house or we went to theirs.  It was always a nice meal, like a turkey or roast with all the fixings, not soup and a sammich!

The kids played with the kids and the adults talked amongst themselves till dinner when all gathered and the meal was enjoyed.  After dinner, dessert was had and the kids went off and the adults chatted at the table.

Back then we had few distractions, granted but they did exist.  I suppose that with having one day when virtually everyone was off and there were few places to go that the families spent more time together. The families spent time with their extended family.

Kids could still get into mischief but not like today.  You got in trouble in school, the teacher cracked you.  And if you thought you would get sympathy at home, guess again.  You got a second beating.

Today, some teacher gives some exceptional little darling even the stink eye, the kid is in therapy and the school board is in court being sued by “Tyler’s” parents.  Had those parents been brought up right, we would not have half the problems we do today.

So, when people ask “what the heck happened to my Country”, alls I can say is that somewhere along the line parents got real lazy with respect to raising their kids.  No, I do mean they did nothing, quite the opposite.  In fact, they did everything in the sense their kids belonged to the band, the Italian Club, chemistry club, soccer and baseball.   The kids are NEVER home. The parents NEVER interact with the kids unless they are driving them from activity to activity.

There is no family unit. There are two adults with driving licenses shuttling some short people from place to place.  They have no idea that Sally is the most “popular” girl in fifth grade (but that is ok, she can get an abortion without parental consent)(GRRRR), that Jimmy has all kinds of porn on his computer, that Billy is selling drugs in his room. Then when something happens, the parent is the last to know.

Why?

Like I said, the parents were so busy trying to be parents they were too tired to raise their kids. They have no idea what is going on in their child’s lives.

What is the answer, I dunno.  But I would start with reinstituting the Blue Laws for a start. Maybe people will stop, look around and see what is REALLY important.

My Friends and Fellow Inquisitors:

I have been writing this, sometimes edifying, sometimes educating, sometimes just a plain hot mess, for years now. I have lost track of how many issues and sadly I have lost many of the actual issues but I calculated a while back that I have written somewhere around two million words.

(To put that in perspective, if I was paid one dollar per word that I have written, that would be equal to what the gum’mint spends about every ten seconds.  How long would it take you so spend two-million dollars?)

Some of you have been with me since the beginning and some have joined over the years.  In the past few months there has been a fair number new subscribers. I just wanted to take a few moments and address a few things, such as what it is the purpose of this thing or ours and what are all those nicknames and acronyms all about.

(I have done an exercise like this a few times in the past but it has been a few years since the last one. So, this may be new land for some or a refresher course for others.)

First off, this thing is an extension of the “letters to the editor” that I used to, and still, write.  As most letters were universally ignored by the Liberal editors, I would send the letters to friends whence came the encouragement to expand my musings.  (And yes, there is a real pretend Muse and the Muse does show up from time to time.)

September 11, 2001 was a turning point in my life as well as many (all?) of yours. My main thrust started as a result of those horrific, barbaric, inhumane events.  Even still, the issues of the first years were more in the realm of “reporting” rather than “commentary” or “opinion.”

My goal then as now was to educate, to illuminate, to expatiate and perhaps expose all y’all to other sources of information and viewpoints.  I tried early on to be fair and I try still to this day.

The differences between what I present and what the media do is that I will not lie to you, I will not present something as fact that is not so (to the very best of my ability) and I have no hidden agenda.

My hope is that I am able to give you more information than you might ordinarily see and allow you to think more deeply on a topic.

Around 2007 or so the Dems/Libs went off the reservation and the media right along with them.  One of the main reasons we are saddled with this miserable failure occupying the People’s House is because of the lies and the assistance of the SRMFM.

I shan’t go into greater discourse on that as it is water way under the bridge.  I came to the decision that I would no longer be unbiased, but unlike the SRMFM at least I admitted that I was not.  I presented the exact same information in the exact same manner but with my commentary and IMHBVAO (we will get to the acronyms), nothing if not verbose.

Some of you have liked my snarky comments, my unbridled sarcasm and sometimes successful attempts at a joke.  Some others of you, not so much so. (More’s the pity. Life is short, have some good, clean fun. Have a laugh, will ya?!)  I have incorporated a number of you in the issues as characters when needed for illustration purposes.  There are other things which go on within the indents of these paragraphs that will resonate with some of you on a personal level.  The point is that this thing is as much yours as mine and I try to make you feel as inclusive as if I was writing a letter to a friend.

I hope I am succeeding.

There are certain things I hold near and dear.  There are some things where I am not the least bit flexible or willing to compromise.  (That includes most everything but there are some where there is absolutely no wiggle room.)  I make no bones about them and I will defend them to the end of days. I will also respect your opinion to think otherwise as long as you can defend your opinion as well as I can mine.

I am a Catholic Christian.  I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  Without Him I am nothing, without His Death and Resurrection, I am doomed. I like to get that one out of the way early.  I am not trying to convert anyone, I just want you all to know where I am coming from.

I am 100% Pro Life. I can defend my position.  I respect your opinion to think otherwise. I have asked countless times for someone to convince me I am wrong.  It has not happened yet.

After God and Family, I love this Country of ours more than anything else.  Feel free to find fault, that is fine. But do something to fix it.  If you are going to complain how bad it is here and how great other places are, you have to be mentally deficient to want to stay here. Please leave.   As Merle said: “When you’re runnin’ down my Country, you’re walkin’ on the fightin’ side of me.”

I am pro Military, pro use of overwhelming force and pro Veteran.  I could not imagine I would have to expand on any of that.

Really, is there anything else that is as important as those things?

Sure, I am a NY Yankee and NY Giant fan. You probably aren’t. that is fine. That does not change a thing.  But you canNOT come up to me and say: “You know, the guys in the infantry are paid too much” or “Is Sean Penn a genius or what!” or “Thank goodness for Al $harpton!”  Those are not “opinions”, those are the mumblings of a diseased mind.  I will help that person come to their personal Jesus.

Enough.

Nicknames and Acronyms.  Why do I use them? One reason is that in most cases, they are time savers and easier to type.   One would think I could type well after all this time.  I assure you, I wear out “backspace” keys a’cause of mistakes.

The other thing is I get bored easily.  Coming up with and using nicknames amuses me and in some cases makes writing about certain creatchures less distasteful as I need not mention their names. Also, it serves as a gentle reminder of the type of person with which we are dealing.
Here is a smattering of the nicknames and acronyms.  I intend on putting these on the website.  (FEEL FREE TO COMMENT THERE!!!!)  I am sure I have missed some names and acronyms.  If you think I have missed one, shoot me an email or post to the website and I will address and add as needed.

BIFF: Obama.  Have you ever seen the movie “Back to the Future”?  Marty leaves his “sports almanac” in the past that has all the winning sports scores for what would be then the future. It falls into the hands of the local thug and goon, “Biff.”  Biff ruins the town and part of Marty’s going back to the past is to get the book back so that will undo all the evil Biff did.  This Biff ruined a perfectly good Country because of his greed for power.

MOOCHELLE:  People say this family spends money like drunken sailors.  That is not true.  Drunken sailors spend their own money.  This version of the Clampett’s see nothing wrong with taking multi-week vacations, taking separate vacations, taking separate jets to the same vacation, sending a private jet for their dog, throwing huge shindigs in the People’s House for the benefit for their friends and supporters on our dime.  Hence: Moochers. Hence Mooch-elle.  (I am being more than fair, she is called far worse by many more.)

JOEY McMENSA: Arguably the dimmest vice-president who exceeded his personal Peter Principle of being the dimmest Senator in US history.  Of late, he is becoming more of a “hands-on” kind of guy.  With Dems, that is never a good thing.

B.J. CLINTON:  Yes, Bill Jefferson Clinton, he was the previous Democ…. What?  No.  I am sure.  No, “B.J.” means Bill Jefferson and has nothing to do with…. No problem, we are good.  But, if the shoe fits…

HILLAROO/THE HILDERBEAST/HER THIGHESS: Yup, good old Hill. She is rarely given credit for what a truly horrible reprobate she really is. I mean she was cited for ethics violations during the Watergate hearings and her “reputation” was bruised but not enough. Then again, “what difference does it make?”  Widely thought by the Libs to be the next president of the US.  If that happens, there is only one thing I ask. Will the last American leaving please take the Flag with you.

ALLEGED AG STEDMAN: That would be that the racist and terrorist sympathizer Holder.  He looks like Oprah’s beard Stedman Graham.  I refer to him as “alleged AG” as he has done more damage to the Constitution than very few others.   His greatest crime is breaking laws while pretending to uphold them. (BTW his possible successor, Loretta  Lynch, aka “Lex Luthor” is just as bad, if not worse.)

JOHN “WTLF” KERRY/”WTLF”: “WTLF” stands for “Why The Long Face.”  Speaks for itself.  As low as he has gone in the past, he exceeds even the lowest opinion one might have of him at every turn. Truly a disgrace and yet, an improvement over his predecessor.

NASTY PELOSI/SAN FRAN NAN: Rep. Nancy Pelosi. A dumber, more useful tool there are very few more than this one.

1. LITTLE DEBBIE WASSERMANHYPHENSHULTZ: And here is one now. A she makes Pelosi look like a Rhodes Scholar (and that is not necessarily a compliment.) She has no redeeming qualities and it is an insult to men to refer to her as “Mr.”

DINGY HARRY: Sen. Harry Reid.  Harry sold his soul to the devil but the devil sued him to get his money back as he had no soul.  He could have been a good perhaps even great Senator had he used his knowledge and power for good rather than the dark side.  He will be lucky to live out his days in a “gated community”, if you get my drift.

SMOKING JOHNNY:  Rep. John Boehner. He smokes, but he is not that hot.

EARL McCORNBREAD: Sen. Mitch McConnell, current majority leader of the Senate.  This shows what you get when you perform a partial cranial-rectumectomy on someone like Dingy Harry.  I use this sobriquet not to insult rural people, rednecks, Southerners or Lynyrd Skynyrd fans (“FREE BIRD!!!”) but only to point out  that here is someone who is in over his pay grade.  My honest opinion is that he is not to be trusted, not because he is not honest but I do not believe he is smart enough to do anything but cover his own butt.

KRISPIE KREME CHRISTIE: The RINO Governor of New Jersey and pal of Biff.  “Krispie Kreme” is a donut chain.  Capice?  (NOTE:  “capice” is pronounced “ka-pee-shh”, it means “understand.” Popular term in New York, New Jersey and Di Niro films.)

SNUFFALUFFAGUS: George Stephanopoulos.  The ex-Clinton communication director (Joseph Goebbels was a communications director of sorts also) and current ABC-TV News puppet.  He is a useful tool of the Left, he is a Rhodes Scholar (again, not necessarily a good thing) and seems to elicit trust from far too many a’cause he “looks like a good fellow.”  Remember, kids trusted John Wayne Gacy.

FACCIA BRUTTA Jr.: Would be New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo.  “Faccia brutta” is an Italian for “ugly face.” In some cases, it is meant as a term of endearment. Here, it is not.  He is a disgrazia, a disgrace, by all measures, even against his late father, Mario “Faccia Brutta” Cuomo.  If you want to know what is wrong in the State of New York, here is your number one reason.

BILLY THE RED/KOMRADE WILHELM/BILLY THE COMMIE DE BLAH-ZERO: and so on, for the Communist mayor of New Jack, er, York City, Bill Be Blasio.  Elected by 15% of eligible voters and that was generous.  He almost makes Biff look competent.  Yes, what is wrong with NYC is this pretender.  And yes, he IS racist, possibly closeted and most certainly a Commie.

SRM/SRMFM:  “State Run Media”, “State Run Muslim Friendly Media.”    If you think we have a free press, you have not been reading the FISH closely enough.  All the mucky mucks in the press/cable/TV are all palsy-walsy and all seem to have a Left-to-  very-Left Agenda.  (ABC, NBC, CNN, THE TIMES. etc)

IMHBVAO: “In My Humble But Very Accurate Opinion.”  Snarky, yes.  Correct, usually.

SOC&S: “Separation of Church and State” is a Jeffersonian concept found nowhere in the Constitution that is universally misapplied by Liberals no matter how hard they try.

C&M: “Cowboys and Muslims.” Hey, they picked the game, not me.

My Friends and Fellow Immune:

I have referred to the movie “Men in Black” in the past.  There is a part where the Tommy Lee Jones character tells the Will Smith character that he needs to get the “cheat sheets.”

The Smith character asks what the “cheat sheets” are and the Jones character replies that they are the periodicals that detail the comings and goings  of the intergalactic aliens.

Jones comes  back with a handful of tabloids such as the National Enquirer, The World and so on. Smith says that they are rubbish, they are the tabloids.  Jones says while that is true, that is where the information is.

And this is where we come to MoveOn.Org, or, as I prefer to call them: “ MorOn.Com.”

These ultra-Left wing wackos have been on the wrong side of the equation in virtually every situation. There have been one or two instances where a rational person might say “that is a good idea!”

But, just like the blind squirrel who can find his own nuts from time to time, MorOn being correct is a rare event indeed.

They are keen to support any whack-a-doodle idea, they support every nut-case candidate and they are very clever in their approach and funding.

Now, they boast something like eight-million members, hardly an exclusive club.  But, I signed up for their email updates years ago and that is all I do, yet, I am considered a “member.”

I have often joked that the cruelest irony for them would be that the founders and original members are the only true believers in their brand of socialism and the other 99.99% were people like you and I who troll their pages to see what the “intergalactic aliens” are up to.

One of the things they promote is their petition page.  Any mouth-breather and a computer can create their own petition.  Take a look at the petition page on their website and you will see petitions from all kinds of “members” from the truly whacko to the one-issue voter to the union bosses (yes, they use MorOn to spread their flavor of socialism) and more.

I don’t blame them. They are entitled to their opinions even if they disagree with mine. After all we have the Constitution and the freedom of speech.

Then there are the kinds of petitions that strain credulity. And that is where we are going today.

You see, you have to factor this into the prism that MorOn is a tool for the Left in particular and I posit that they are not above carrying water for the Maladministration.

When you consider when there is something that most people find anathema to be done that Biff wants to happen, he is quick to say that he as a “pen and a phone” and that if Congress is not willing to do what he wants he will “work around Congress.”  (Pity he never read the Constitution, criminal that people have not called him on that.)

But, when there is something that he does not want to do, all of a sudden, he has to consult Congress which is shorthand for  “I am a coward and I am trying to distance myself from this issue.”

When there is something truly despicable to be done, the powers-that-be always look for some willing stooge to get into the barrel. I am not saying this guy we will meet in moment a stooge and not just a mere tool, you be the judge. But if it quacks like an alleged AG…

Here is the top of the MorOn.Com email; that is all which is needed.  (The entire email is at the very end):

A MoveOn member named Paul Hogarth recently created a petition on our public petition website entitled “Sign     the petition: Ban belief-based vaccination exemptions”—and we’d like to know what you think of it.

The petition is addressed to Governors in 48 states, and reads:

The re-emergence of measles in the U.S. has shined (SIC)  a light on the dangers of allowing personal beliefs to trump public health.

Please introduce legislation in your state to ban all belief-based vaccination exemptions.

(NOTE: Should be “shone” as that is the past tense of “shine” in the sense of the shining of a light.  “Shined” is the past participle of “shine” intimating a reflection, if you will.)

Let’s deconstruct this, shall we? Do! Let’s!

I am addressed as a “New York” member.  Throw-away line? Nope.  That is designed to make this guy look like a local, to get my buy in.

Now, Paul Hogarth is described as a “member,” again, commonality.   We shall come back to Mr. Hogarth in a moment.

His petition wants you to ignore everything you have ever heard about infectious diseases, particularly those which have been all but eradicated in the US.

What he wants you to do is sign a petition that anyone who wants to opt out of childhood vaccinations based on religious beliefs may do so.

Does anyone see a problem with this?  Anyone see about a dozen problems?

First off, I can’t tell you about where you are but in virtually every state a child can not be enrolled in school without MMR immunizations.  Faith-based or not  heretofore there were virtually no incidences of Mumps, Measles or Rubella and there were no outbreaks. (And almost all of the incidences we have had in the past twenty years can be traced back to “foreigners.”)

Did I or did I say that when the Los Illegals came here that they were bringing diseases that we have eradicated? I did, yes, I recall.  And so did a lot of other and smarter people.

So, that allegation is equine scatology.  He is using a false argument to make his case.

Second, his clown is making people to make a leap of faith that all of a sudden “belief-based” peeps have decided not to immunize their kids.  Hello? Where is that proof?

Because of this irrational assertion people who have not the least bit of faith or belief-based thoughts will be encouraged to refuse immunization.

There is little doubt and overwhelming proof that these diseases can be traced back to immigrants, legal or not.

A more honest petition would be to change the verbiage in this petition from “belief-based” to “illegal alien.”

You see, this “petition” has nothing to do with measles.  In fact it has nothing to do with anything but an attack on religion.

Why do I say that?

Same reason this guy mentions “faith-based” rather than “religious.”  He tries to put an arms-length distance between what it is and what he wants you to think it is. Though as we will see, where he comes from that makes no difference.

Rather than literally preach to the choir, let’s get to the Cliff Notes of this issue.

IF there is a ban on exemption for immunizations on “faith-based” grounds, there is no longer a “separation of Church and State.” The State will now be able to dictate what Churches can and canNOT do.

IF they can say “no relief from immunizations” they will soon be able to say “no Bible study on Wednesday or Mass on Sunday or Shul on Saturday.”

Oh, you don’t think so?  Really?  You think that given half a chance in the next two years if Biff could close the Churches that he would not?

It comes down to this: Do you trust Biff?

OK, why am I getting worked up about this? Well, here is one reason and it is VERY disturbing.

The “author”, Paul Hogarth is very modesty described as a mere “member.”  No, he is far from that!  First off, he is a serial petition creator.  He hates just about everything.

So I decided to look into this chap.  I looked up his name in the interwebs then cross-checked those with social media and I believe I have found our boy.

(And why am I pretty certain it is he?  The first post on his Facebook page – as of 1427 on 11 Feb 2K15 –  is about the immunizations.)

He is:

• Campaign Director of the Daily Kos
• Lives in San Francisco
• Part of a website that challenges the SF Chronicle
• Additional petitions are of the extraterrestrial type
• His contacts look like a Who’s Who of the Local Left
• In solidarity with the illegals
• In “solidarity” with LBGT and LS/MFT
• And a heck of a lot more.

This chap is not what Phil Robertson would call a “Bible Person.” In fact as there is nothing to suggest anything religious, holy or moral about him. In face one can deduce that he is an amoral, Anti-American (though prolly thinks he is not) Anti-God rouser of the lowest and most ignorant of ovine rabble.

This is exactly the type of person if he was in the West Bank or some other such paradise would strap on a homicide vest and kill the enemy.

Who am I kidding.  He is a coward.  He would get someone else to do it. But he would secure the vest and drive the person to the site of the crime.

You see, he creates a cute little petition.  He uses small words.  He does not explain anything. He makes a non sequitor statement to make his case that is not accurate in any aspect. Then he simply asks politely to “pass this legislation.”

End in sight…

I love calling out the libs for their hypocrisy.  There is little doubt in my mind that this has anything to do with ultimately banning religion.  Prolly not Hogwart’s idea but he is fine with it, he is just carrying the water.

But, the hypocrisy is using part of the 1^st Amendment to try to destroy another part of the 1^st Amendment.  They are using freedom of speech to curtail freedom of religion.

And the whole “separation of Church and State” is going to come back to bite them in the butt if we can survive the next two years.

In every state except Mississippi and West Virginia, parents can legally choose to not vaccinate their children against common illnesses before enrolling them in school.

The consequence of these vaccination loopholes has been the re-emergence of diseases like the measles—an illness that had all but been eliminated in the U.S. in 2000.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are over 100 reported cases in more than a dozen states, and the U.S. is “likely to see more cases.”

Mississippi hasn’t seen a measles outbreak since 1992 and West Virginia, not since 1994. That’s because neither state permits children to enroll in kindergarten without getting their full roster of vaccines—no matter their parents’ personal or spiritual beliefs.

The anti-vaccine movement puts our most vulnerable populations at risk, including children under 12 months who simply cannot get vaccinated.

Public health mu st trump parental choice. Tell your governor to introduce legislation to ban all belief-based vaccination exemptions.
