My Friends and Fellow Members of the Jury:

It is said that nothing is foolproof because fools are not smart enough to know some things just canNOT be done.

But that does not stop fools from trying.

Not sure how closely you have been following things in the District of Criminals, but all of a sudden there is chatter from the Left about Benghazi.

Even though a spectacularly and everestally ignorant ex-Spokesweasel actually said “Dude, that was like over two years ago” when speaking with Brett Baier.

(Yet, for some reason, this does not apply to the Left.  They are STILL blaming Bush for things over six years ago.  Of course you can’t call the Left on that as they will call you a racist, hating, global-warming denying, “one of those” kinds of peeps.  And, we let them get away with it.   Like every other Libertard lie and bon mot, “their chickens are coming home to roost.”  And wait for “dude” to become a catch word.)

A quick check of the statutes of limitation for prosecuting certain crimes, such as murder, indicate that some have no expiration dates.  While I am not saying that Benghazi was murder, that will eventually be the job of a jury to decide, whatever it was is still on the front burner of many peeps out there.

Now, when was the last time you heard about “Fast and Furious?”  Hmmm… that long ago?  What about GITMO?  Solyndra?  The wiretapping?  Nope, they have been off most people’s radar for some time.  Even if it does come up in conversation or posed as a question to a politician, it is quickly sloughed off as they are not “topical” at the moment.

In this case “topical” means “no threat of any investigation.”

As Shakespeare said “The lady doth protest too much methinks” so too are Dingy Harry, Nasty Pelosi, Spokesweasel Sideshow Carney and others are all of a sudden claiming there is nothing to Benghazi and oppps… those emails had nothing to do with Benghazi, so ignore the socialist behind the curtain, shut up and buy more healthcare.

But, even the SRM is finding the lies and deception to be too large to ignore any more.

Let’s look at some selected quotes from some, at the moment, unindicted co-conspirators.

Tommy Vietor, the Spokesweasel actually said “Dude, that was like two years ago” when asked about Benghazi and if he changed the Wh’ite House talking points from “attacks” to “demonstrations.”

Dingy Harry proved he has no shortage of ignorance and lies.  Prior to alerting us to the nonexistent “multiple investigations” about Benghazi he had the unmitigated gonadature to intone: “Republicans are showing yet again that they have nothing to offer the middle class. Republicans care more about defending billionaires like the Koch brothers and trying to rekindle debunked right-wing conspiracy theories than raising the minimum wage or ensuring women receive equal pay for equal work.”  Even the non sequiturs to the non sequiturs were non sequiturs.

Not to be undersmarted, Rep(tile) Elijah Cummings is moaning about a subpoena presented to John “WTLF” Kerry on what he knew about Benghazi.  One of the stupider things to say, other than Cummings saw it as “shockingly disrespectful”  (yeah, I know, I laughed as well) he protested that Kerry “should have been given more time to prepare…and that Darrell Issa should have followed a more formal process for issuing the subpoena.”

Now, excuse me for thinking clearly, but, if one is going to speak ONLY the truth, do you really need ANY time to collect your thoughts?  But, seriously, “a more formal process?”  That he, Her Thighness and a few dozen more were not cuffed and manacled and frog-walked down Constitution Avenue ought to be considered a favor.

So, all of a sudden there is the smallest bit of talk in the SRM in virtually all of their usual suspects.

That is but CBS.

Why not, you ask? And should!

You see one David Rhodes is the president of CBS News.

What difference does that make, you ask?

David Rhodes has a little brother, Ben, who happens to be Biff’s “Assistant to the president and Deputy National Security….blah blah, blah.”  He is a hack and a speech writer of little note.

Here is some of his fine work.  This is part of an email sent to Ambassador Susan Rice: “We’ve made our views on the video crystal clear.  The United States Government had nothing to do with it.  We reject its message and its content.  We find it disgusting and reprehensible.  But there is no justification at all for responding to this movie with violence.”

You would think that David Rhodes would be proud of the little guy!  Why not kvell to the world what Ben wrote!

Now look at what Hillary said: “Let me state very clearly… that the United States Government had absolutely nothing to do with this video. We absolutely reject its content and message…This video is disgusting and reprehensible…There is no justification, none at all, for responding to this video with violence.”

Er, yeah, nothing to see here.

For yonks the Wh’ite House is lying and stonewalling and now that some of the emails are being released we see that there is a concerted cover up.  Rhodes words to Rice are virtually identical in content to Hillaroo’s.

That means either: 1) Hillaroo reads other people’s emails, 2) She is prescient to the Nth Degree, 3) JoeBama wrote Hillaroo’s words or 4) this is a cover up.

But, if you want to know the BEST quote to emerge of late, it is the one by Rep. Trey Gowdy, of SC.

“I have evidence that there was a systematic, intentional decision to withhold certain documents from Congress and we are just sick of it.”

In a shocking development, Smoking Johnny Boehner has appointed Gowdy to chair the committee investigating the murder in Libya.

I guess he had to.  There was so much pressure on Smoking Johnny to do so that in light of other 99 betrayals to the American People, he felt he had to throw us a bone, and boy did he!

A criminal would rather face a fully armed and Kevlar-clad SWAT team at his/Hillaroo’s door than to have to face Gowdy under oath.

I assure you, he will not accept a General Clapper’s claptrap of “getting as close to the truth as I was comfortable with” or whatever bravo sierra he said.

A lawyer, make that a good lawyer, will only ask two kinds of questions:  The ones where the answer makes no difference and the ones he already knows the answer.  Gowdy was the equivalent to a DA in SC and a US Attorney. Nah, he knows the answers and I canNOT wait till the first buttknuckle tries to lie to him.

So, maybe, just maybe, we will get some closure, some answers.  I am not so naïve to think much will actually come of it as the DoJ will overturn or set aside any penalty.  But, that will only add years to someone else’s bid when the dust settles on 21 January 2017. (Assuming there is still a Country.)

If nothing else, these hearings will provide hours of sound bites for the 2014 and 2016 election cycles.  And if this does not sink Hillaroo, nothing will.

The only thing which bothers me is the nagging feeling that the Republicans did something right for once, they did not wait until AFTER the elections to bring this up. Then picking Gowdy?  Something is not right because this is exactly the way it should have been two years ago.

My Friends and Fellow Targets of Racism:

Everything happens for a reason, which is the corollary of there is no such of a thing as a coincidence.

The last FISH was supposed to be sent out today.  The one that was supposed to go out on Tuesday went missing.  Just can’t find it anywhere.  I found a half-finished draft but not the finished product. (I have been taken to task for being lax in sending out more frequently.  I am trying and, well, I am trying.)

But, be that as it may, I sent out the last issue and that garnered a lot of conversation.  (And I wish that you would post to the website to gets other’s feedback!)

Concurrent with that was the banning from the NBA for life as well as other punishments of the not-for-long owner of the LA Clippers.  And that will be today’s topic.

Oh, not exactly.  While, yes, I am going to touch on Sterling’s comments and so on, I am going to devote most of this to the reaction by the usual suspects.

Donald Sterling is a billionaire and he is the longest tenured owner of an NBA franchise.  From what I can see, overall, he is not a nice person, but that is my opinion.  On the one hand he has promised a homeless shelter that has yet to materialize and has said rather disparaging remarks about blacks with respect to them renting apartments in buildings he owns.

On the other hand, he is very philanthropic and has been received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the NAACP and was slated to receive if again this year!

I am not taking up for him. Not at all, not even a little.  Perhaps his words were taken “out of context” and that the conversation was a “private conversation” between two parties and that even the conversation was “staged” to get him to say those words.   I am the judge and jury of my own opinions and I say that irrespective of all of that, he still said those words.

I do not care WHO you are, WHAT kind of conversation we have, WHY you we are talking and so on, there is NO WAY I or, I surmise most of you, would ever say words remotely close to those.

So, he is a mean guy, prolly racist to a degree and has a big mouth eclipsed only by his ego.  It was a private conversation and it was racist.

After this came to light, there were a few murmurings here and there.  His team did a silent protest and another team or two joined in.  There were a few tweets, posts and so on but not that much until Wednesday.

The president of the NBA, some soon- to- be-very-unhappy a’clown called Adam Silver banned Sterling from the NBA for life, he canNOT go to his office, training facility, even go to a ball game.  He was fined two and a half million dollars and he may be forced to sell the team.

Of course, the carp and catfish are out already.   However, if the owners say he must sell, they canNOT determine for what price.  Sterling bought the team for $12.1 million in 1981 and it is valued today at $575 million.  (Color me shocked – is that racist?- $harpton says the NBA should TAKE the Clippers from Sterling.  If Sterling had a hair on his butt he’d say that he consider it AFTER $harpton paid the judgement from the Tawana Brawley case AND his back taxes.)  Depending on the players and playas, it may go for even more…. We shall see.

Let me see if I get this straight… noted racist Oprah Winfrey, with two partners, is interested in purchasing the Clippers. We all remember Oprah.  She went on TV all weepy about being “profiled” in a Swiss store.  Opps, turned out she had it backwards, SHE was profiling and making outrageous racist lies on national TV.

Also interested is noted racist Jay-Z  (Mr. Beyoncé).   You may have noticed his “5%” medallion from the “Al $harpton Starter Kit.”  What does that mean? Oh, it is a racist organization of the Nation of Islam which claims all blacks are “gods” and all Whites are dogs.  Sounds legit, right?

While that smarmy Liberal Silver is Torquemadizing Sterling for saying some racist things guess who is sitting in the front row.  Yup, Spike Lee.  You see, Sterling is de facto an employee of the NBA and that is how the Commish had any juice to punish him so.

Noted racist Spike Lee, who should be either incarcerated or institutionalized for his hateful, racist and threatening statements against whites, was front row at Silver’s sentencing of Sterling.

We have heard about all the hate we want to hear out of that half-a-man Lee.  After all he hates Whites so much that he has said on occasion that White people are ruining his neighborhood and that he would have no problem killing White people.

I guess it is a good thing that he does not work for the NBA!

Oh, wait, he DOES!  Yes, he is a commentator and analyst for the NBA on SiriusXM Radio.  And this penultimate consummate racist was sitting in FRONT of if that beer-tap-looking Commissioner who was handing down a very severe penalty on a White man for far, far, far less than has done Spike Lee.

The top of the racist food chain, race baiter and poverty pimp is the only one who got it right but for the wrong reasons. $harpton and is tree-trunk-level IQ  was the only guy who claimed racism in the NBA.  ‘Cept he had it backwards.

When you listen to virtually EVERY basketball player who spoke out and every one of the ones I saw are black, they, too, all cried racism.  And $harpton the loudest, proving once again that an empty drum makes the most noise.

EVERYONE who denounced Sterling is a racist and only a dim bulb like $harpton could claim that the NBA, with 78% of their players being black, is racist.

Someone riddle me this:  Was Sterling racist in his stupid and hurtful remarks but having that Joe Franklin panel of racists and haters condemning you prove theirs is the institutional racism in the US?

Allow me to posit this:  Once you find the one person that Oprah, Jay-Z, Lee and $harpton have in common, you have found the genesis of this hate of White people.  Need a hint?  Did not think so.

Let’s look at some statistics to “back up” $harpton’s claim of “racism:”

Blacks = 12.6 % of population                                    Whites: 72.4%

Blacks = 28.1% in poverty                                           Whites: 9.9%

Blacks = 39.6% of prison population                      Whites: <25%

Blacks = 38% of the people on welfare                   Whites:  39%

Blacks  = 78% of NBA players                                    Whites: 17%

So, someone tell me how the NBA which has about six-and-a-half times more representation than the general population is racist?

Let me ask $harpton and all the other haters: Why don’t you boycott basketball?  Why don’t you all quit?  Why do you take the White man’s money, then curse him?  Why is there only one black majority owner in the NBA?  Dunno, sounds like sour grapes to me.

And why won’t they walk out to protest the “racism”?  Because it would take exactly one draft to get players from college and Europe to fill the sneakers!  Further proof the Liberals  – and they are –  do not think things through.

I would say to boycott the NBA, but for me that is too late.  As you long time readers know that I love sports, all sports and I will watch any sporting event EXCEPT the NBA.  Love college hoops but I do not have .05 second for the pros.

All that said, if I was Sterling I would find a new hobby.  Let’s face it, he is old, he most certainly not going to outlive his billions.  I would hire a battalion of private eyes, confidential informants, moles and a crack legal team and watch every move and record every word of each and every one who spoke out against him.

After that, whatever. He can file defamation suits, he can sue for libel and slander, he could even sue himself and have his detractors testify against him and then expose their hypocrisy in cross-examination.

He could even sue the NBA under RICO statutes if there is any sign of collusion. (And there is and take a guess who is linked? Here is a hint, it is someone whose last name rhymes with
“klinton.”  No, you can’t make this up.)

Now, I can be wrong but I think this is just the beginning.  And if this plays out like it looks, that it is a racist conspiracy, then perhaps we can finally rid our nation of the haters and racists and all get along as we should.

My Friends and Fellow Linguists:

We are going to be hitting some old ground but with an odd twist.

It is akin to a shibboleth or a tricky sports question.

(A shibboleth has come to mean something like a code word, something that would identify someone as a member of a group.  It comes from the Bible where the men of Gilead asked the fleeing Ephraimites to say the word “shibboleth.”  Because of their speech patterns they could not make the “sh” sound, thus exposing themselves as the enemy and we killed.  We have evolved, we no longer kill our enemies, rather, we elect them.)

You see, our old friend “Affirmative Action” (AA) has hit the newswires again.  The University of Michigan ceased using AA back in 2006 after the voters passed a referendum banning it.

Now, before you start crying racist, and you know your Precious is anything but a racist, let me amplify on this for a second.

AA was, like many laws, based on a good premise.  It was created by an Executive Order signed by JFK to eliminate racial discrimination in hiring people: “not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, or national origin” and “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin”.

There is nothing at all objectionable about that statement.  Now, of course this has been corrupted, but that is nothing new. I am not sure when it happened (and it is irrelevant) but somehow, AA became the way for “minorities” to get into college.

(SIDEBAR:  I canNOT attest that educational was part of the initial AA deal.  But looking more recently At Lawrence, when the lawyers claimed that gays just wanted “privacy” and were not looking for marriage, how long after they prevailed in court was the talk about “marriage” bandied about?  Days?  Hours?  Minutes? So, it was plausible that the Left used this as a springboard for AA in schools.)

We need first to discuss the rampant racism in the Democrat Party.  From the support of slavery to the rise of the KKK to the eugenics of Margaret Sanger –yes, she was a Socialist but how many of today’s Dems are? – to the continued segregation, bussing and so up to the racist president LBJ.

LBJ was aware that the poor, particularly the poor blacks put more emphasis on “entitlements” than “moral issues.”   And that is why despite the best efforts of even their own religious leaders that the topics such as abortion do not resonate with them.  And of course they do not believe that Sanger promoted black genocide. So far that plan seems to be working.

Back to the story…

The poor, and for the most part, the poor black kids have a number of strikes against them, some of their own doing, others thrust upon them.  Their schools are not the best and until the advent of the Charter Schools and others similar, was their no true excellence in the poorer schools.

One of the results, other than truancy, drug use, sexual activities and more was low test scores.

Some of these poor (in both senses of the word) were graduated functional illiterates, others were “retired” from school at the age of twenty-one.  Bottom line is that very few of these kids could get into a college.

It took the Democrats to identify the dearth of blacks on campus to find a cause that they created that with their meddling would be made even worse.

They somehow saw “employment” as the same as “college education.”  They used that to force schools to accept a certain number of “minorities” to their freshman class.

I stand-off “minorities” because it has nothing to do with “minorities” as technically as there is a not a majority of any one ethnic group, say, Germans, then we are all minorities. However, for the purposes of their own racism, the Dems refer to blacks as “the minorities.”

Let’s be pragmatic for a second.  In the best of worlds, fifty-percent of the doctors, lawyers, engineers and so forth are graduated in the bottom-half of their class.  Now, add to that those whose previous education has not prepared them for the rigors of college.

And before you say that the poorer students will wash out, consider that most colleges and universities are run by Libs, Socialists, Communists and NWO-types, is it far-fetched to say that some are graduate despite their education rather than because of it?

Is there any wonder why today there are degrees offered in Communication, Women’s Studies, African Studies, Lesbian Studies and other degrees that with that sheepskin and $6.50 you can get a vente-double-coolatta-mochca-arabica with a shot served to you by another communications major?  Once you are graduated from a college, especially a prestigious one, your GPA is secondary in many cases.

(Ironically, some “college” athletes wish to organize in a union.  I find that odd as technically they are students and I would venture that most if not all of the Division I major sport athletes are on some kind of free ride.  Add to that the perks they get, the “gifts” from supporters and so on in addition to an “education” worth north of $150,000 in many cases and STILL they want to “organize?”)

(Dunno, but if you asked me, instead of having a set of “Dr. Dre Beats”  on top of your head 24/7 and getting tattooed on every part of your body and if you actually went to class and paid attention and got a REAL degree you might not feel the need to be in a union.  After all, you will be in that union only until you are graduated in 4, 5 or 6 years, right?)

Do not misunderestimate me.  I think everyone who truly wants a college education should be given a shot.  If their grades or tests are not up to speed, then they should be allowed a year or so of “99” or remedial classes to catch up.

After all, you are not entitled to a driving license.  You have to take tests and prove you can drive.  (In a perfect world…. But that is whole ‘nother FISH of a different color.)   Should we expect any less from any sort of legitimate college graduate?

Imagine, if you will, you get your “degree” in whatever and it is not a BA or a BS but a BAA,  a “Baccalaureate of Affirmative Action.”  Of course, that would never happen, it would be to demeaning to the recent graduate. One sort of “shibboleth.”

But, I ask you this, is it better to “demean” a student than to be at the mercy of one who is not at the top of his or her game?  Substandard perhaps?  And sure there are boards and bar exams but that does not mean there is one less doctor or lawyer, but it could be that there is someone who could be a great doctor or lawyer who was a victim of prejudice because they were not black, but White.

The Michigan case was upheld by a 6-2 vote.  Sotomayor and Bader-Ginsberg against, Kagan recused herself (should have done that with the OBAMA’S OBAMACARE case as well) and the rest of the men voting for the majority.

Yes, even Justice Thomas who had stated in the past that he benefited from AA voted to uphold the right of Michigan to ignore AA.

Sotomayor was incensed by the ruling and in a typical Democrat way, proved that she was 100% wrong by the “logic” she employed to make her case.  Another kind of “shibboleth.”

It bears mentioning that much of this was of not widely disseminated in the SRM and much of the stuff of the interwebs called the ruling “racist” and it was all the fault of the “conservative majority of the SCOTUS.”  This makes me wonder of the source of that brilliant statement was math deficient, does not follow recent SCOTUS rulings or is a beneficiary of AA.

Let me put this entire thing to rest.  If you look at the statue of “Justice” she has scales in one hand, a sword in the other and  typically  is blindfolded. Perhaps college admission ought to be as well.

Not saying this is a perfect solution, far from it but better than what we have today, admissions applications have no name or address, sex, ancestry, skin color, religion or any kind of identifying information.  Their grades will be on a generic transcript that has been weighted by the strength of that school’s curriculum.  ACT or SAT scores will be provided but little else.  There may be some other non-identifying information required, such as major and minor fields of interest.

Basically this way a candidate for admission is chosen solely on his or her credentials. (I feel people should be elected in a similar way.  We may talk about that someday.)

Of course this will make the admissions process a bit more difficulty  and onerous and there will be fewer students admitted to college.  Yet, the ones that are admitted are considered able to do the work.

After the first round and it comes to grants and financial assistance perhaps then we can look more into personal aspect of the candidate but for admission alone only the bona fides will be considered.

(I have not worked out the “athleticships” – after all they are not necessarily based on ones scholastics – for the various athletes but I am sure someone will figger a fair and equitable way of making that work.

But, let me leave you with this.  Some claim that those against  Affirmative Action are racist because they are saying that some should not or might not get into college because of their skin tone.  But, if a purple person gets into a school because he is not the most qualified but because he is purple and a green person who is qualified does not get in because the purple person got  his spot, you tell me who is racist.

We left off with a hint of things to come election-wise.

One of the more disturbing things to pop up is the Chelsea (Clinton) Mezvinski pregnancy.   OK, it is disturbing on almost every level but the most disturbing is the inevitable glomming on to her daughter’s uterus by Her Thighness, Hillaroo.

Not since Janet Reno or Janet From Another Planet Napolitano has there been a candidate who looks less grandmotherly than Hillaroo.

(On The View today – don’t ask – that harpie Barbara Walters went off on someone who allegedly said that Hillaroo should not be president because she is a grandmother.  She then listed a number of Presidents or contenders who were grandfathers.  First of all, I doubt anyone said that, this is just a figment of her addled memory.  I do not think ANYONE would disqualify Hillaroo or any woman from the Presidency because they are a grandmother.  However, she should be disqualified from that gig until she stands in the dock to answer for all of her crimes: Hiding the Rose Law Firm records, insider trading, Benghazi just for starters. So, shut yer festering gob, Walters.  She is bad enough without having to lie as well.)

And how great will it be for this young’un when he or she comes to the realization that both grandfathers are convicts and both grandmothers have had “issues” with money, that being the use of other people’s money.

Of course, we will not see that in the SRM anywhere, much like we do not see any of the shady, and dare a court say illegal, deals which seem to be the Reid family business.

All of a sudden we are seeing and hearing more about Senator “Lie-a-watha” Warren. With the Libs, nothing is “all of a sudden.”  To us, maybe, but not to them.  All their activities are well choreographed, I assure you. The good Senator’s “makeover and rewrite of history” is no different.

For some reason all of the inconsistencies and, well, lies in her personal history have been corrected, massaged and now in 2014 she appears to be a perfect candidate.  She was on “The View” y’day (again, don’t ask) and gosh darn it, her pretend life story is almost as compelling as JoeBama’s pretend life story.

As you are aware, the Left, and by that I mean the “Left Wing of the Wh’ite House”, have been doing Lib product placement in TV shows and movies for years.  I do not have the numbers at hand but I would suggest that there has been more of this both subliminal and conscious advertising in the last six years then there has been since the invention of the wheel.

One of the most egregious examples of Lib pandering is “The Good Wife”.  This litany of Commandment breakers is set in the political cesspool what is Chicago.  Overtly, the “positive” show characters are Democrats.  There are occasional appearances by noted Dem harridan and complainer, Donna Brazile and so on.

Then there are the covert things, like saying in dialogue: “Yes, I know him, he is a big donor to Emily’s List” when there is no reason to have any linkage to an abortion PAC.  Or, a picture on a credenza behind a character of said character and, say, Hillaroo.

When was the last time you saw Geo W or Ted Cruz or Trey Gowdy in a TV show?  When was the last time you saw a picture of Ronald Reagan in a show (since 1988 in any event)?

They have put it little “hints” and “reminders” about OBABA’S OBAMACARE in shows here and there.  Or the so-called global warming.  And of course guns are evil but you can be as gay as you like!  (Not judging, just drawing a distinction.)

Even on the rare show where there is a “Republican” character, there is enough going on to provide, er, er, “equal time.”  One example is “Last Man Standing” with Tim Allen.

If you “BING” this show (I do not “Google”) you will see links for “Last Man Standing cancelled” dating back over a year.  Like the product placement ads on TV, so too in internet searches will you find a bent and a bias with respect to results.  (“Duckduckgo.com” is the fairest of them all.)

The truth is that is it one of the highest rated shows on Friday night and wins its time slot much of the time.  (For some reason, the unwatchable “Unforgettable” has done well the first few weeks back. )  And while the show has a “family values flavor, even if there is an unwed mother in the mix, and the Allen character makes remarks of the Conservative sort, there are plenty of remarks from the “Left” side of the house.   (In a recent episode the home alarm went off. The mother said that “the code is 2-2-6-6-2, if that is hard to remember, it spells ‘obama’”

Wouldn’t 2-7-8-9 be easier to remember?  After all, it spells “Cruz.”

The point is that you many not even recognize the subliminal ads that are abounding.  But your brain is picking up on them.  As I said before, imagine you are in a crowded restaurant with fifty conversations going on.  You ignore all as you are deep in conversation with your tablemate.  All of a sudden, from the back of the room someone mentions your name.

As if by magic, you are craning your head to see who took your name in vain!

You see, even if you are not “actively” listening or watching, your brain is monitoring everything going on and will alert you as needed.

While you are watching “The Good Wife” and you see a pic of Her Thighness, or hear a mention about “Emily’s List” or the like, it is recorded in your brain and the more you hear and/or see  these “subliminal” ads, the less danger they pose and eventually they may not even seem negative.

That, grasshopper, is called “brainwashing.”

(On an unrelated note, a court recently allowed that lying in a political campaign is considered  “free speech.”)

So, now you have to be trebly aware.   You first have to figger out who the best, er, good, ummm…the lest evil candidate is.  Then you have to be hypersensitive to every nuance on every TV show and movie to subliminal advertising. Then you prolly cannot believe what either candidate says as they are permitted to lie.

Or, SOP for the Left.

As I said, it will be politics as usual.  The Dems will use every cheap trick in the book and the Republicans will field the worst possible slate.  After all, if you thought Krispie Kreme Christie was a bad choice, now they are floating Jeb Bush’s name.

My Friends and Fellow Boob Tube Victims:

As I have said time and again, it is not what is written or said that is important, that is only what the powers that be want you to know.  It is what is not written or spoken that is important.  (Did that make sense?  But, if you have been a long time reader, you know what I mean.)

(Case in point:  How many of you know of the stand-off with the BLM and NPS with a rancher over grazing rights in Nevada?  How many of you know how it ended, for now?  Any guess which MoC is in it up to his ears?  Did not think so and if you did, you did not see it on TV.)

After a very enjoyable Palm Sunday Mass and Brunch at the Seminary, I repaired to stately “Precious Manner” for a relaxing afternoon of viewing golf.

I was rooting for Jordan Spieth in the Masters only to see this rookie come in second.  Apparently I was too stunned to change the channel afterwards. 

“60 Liberal Minutes” came on and there was going to be a piece on the new Pope.  So, what the heck, I sat back and watched it.

Uberlberal tool, Scott Pelly did the piece.  The initial focus was on the fact that this is a very different Pope than his recent predecessors.  I was waiting for the other shoe to drop as he was being rather deferential and complimentary to the new Pontiff.

Then, BOOM, there it was.

The abuse issue.

(Now, do not misunderestimate me. One child abused is too many.  Much the same as one rape.  Or one abortion.  I find them all anathema and there is no way whatsoever to mitigate the damage in any way. I do not nor will ever suggest that there is not culpability for this.)

Prolly what predicated the piece were two things.

The first of which was the Pope taking full personal responsibility for the abuse over all those many years. No, he was not Pope during all those many years nor was he even alive for almost all of them, but he did what he felt was right and accepted responsibility.

Candidly, I do not know if or how this changes things.  I doubt this admission has any legal standing nor can it undo the harm.  But, it is refreshing to see someone take ownership of an everestally horrific issue.

But, grasshoppers, what was missing?

Yes!  Exactly!  You have all be doing your homework!  69,083.54 bonus points for you all!

There was no compare and contrast!

Yes, if you read virtually anything about the abuse, one would be forgiven for thinking that it only ever happened in the Catholic Church by priests.

Sadly, and this is not an excuse, the same thing happens with Protestant Ministers, Jewish Rebbes, Pastors of Evangelical Churches and so on.

But, even so, all of the abuse at the hands of the “religious” pale in comparison to the amount of that which happens in the secular world.  There are instances of rape and abuse in the corporate world and even the military. 

But whence do the greatest numbers of victims come?

Public Schools.

Yes, public schools.

(And I know I have brought this up in the past but it is important to refresh our memories.  And like with the Catholic Church, it is not a large number of creeps, pedophiles and abusers in the public school system, in fact I am sure it is a low percentage over all.  And I know that there are a fair number of educators who get this thing of ours. I am not directing this to you.)

I have stated previously that because of unions and tenure  and here in New York, there are a number of “Rubber Rooms.”

What is a “rubber room?”  It is a building filled with “teachers” and “administrators” who have been found to be unfit to be with children as well as other misdemeanors, infractions, and felonies. In fact there are thirteen such places in New Detroit ranging in size from a few rooms to a building.

While they are in “teacher purgatory” they still collect full pay, full benefits and are required to do no work. It is like paid detention.

Of course, these peeps rail against the union for “not representing them”, yet, like any good liberal they ignore the fact that were there not to be a union, most of these people would have been fired and perhaps in jail.

But, and while I could wax on that subject for hours, suffice it to say, the SRM has up to 0% interest in even addressing this kind of abuse, let alone investigating it.

Now, consider the Ukraine, this dog-and-pony show of the missing plane and anything with WTLF Kerry’s or JoeBama’s fingerprints on it.

That is almost guaranteed to be either dis/misinformation or red herrings to throw you off the track.

Whenever you hear Ukraine, you are not hearing Benghazi.

Whenever you hear WTLF Kerry, you are not hearing about Lois Lerner.

Whenever you hear the plane search, you are not hearing about the failure of OBAMA’S OBAMACARE.

And so on…

The second thing sorta kinda ties all of the above together. (And, yes, I know, it has been so long that you would be excused for forgetting there was a second point)

After the pap piece that was really a set-up of the Pope, the tool Pelly “interviewed” Biff.

Now, I am sure that no matter how useful of a tool you are, how guaranteed you are to lie the right thing at the right time, that even the most low-life, carp-and-catfish of the so-called “media”, the Pelly’s, the Crowley’s, the Couric’s, who am I kidding, EVERYONE on all the usual suspect channels are vetted before reaching the inner sanctorum which is Biff.

They are either told what to ask, told what to stay away from or they are asked what the questions are going to be asked so that El Biffo can have an “off-the-cuff answer” ready.

Pelly started off innocently enough asking about what it was like to meet the new Pope.  Of wow! What a blockbuster question! 

And Biff’s mouth could not form the words.

He stuttered, he stumbled, he, he, he, he could not just say something honest and sincere.

He obviously does not like the Pope, Catholics or any people of Judeo-Christian faith.  Yet, he tried so hard to pretend to like the Pope that he oversold his game.  As big of a con and street hustler he is he could not convince me to buy his goods, even if the “first one is free.” 

He even referred to “CHRISTians” in an editorial way.  Like “you CHRISTtians…” as opposed to “in our CHRISTian faith…”

Again, it is not what one says but what is omitted where the true story is.

But this exercise of ineptitude was not just painful to watch, but it had to be painful to produce. Imagine debating on whether or not Biff needed a TelePrompTer to make a few “casual” statements to a fellow traveler.  Imagine someone being scolded for their insolence for making such a suggestion, only to find out it would not only have been a cogent suggestion but would have made Biff look less addled.

But, and lemme adjust my tinfoil hat a moment, having Biff on right after Papa Frankie was not like an eyewitness to history or a confirmation of what the Pope said or even one’s take on someone’s opinion or intention.

It was clearly evident to this old Altar Boy that popping Biff on the show right after the Pope was an effort of linkage.

(First Off… A Very Happy Passover to all of my Jewish friends    and readers.  Pesach Sameach. [Did I get that right?])

These seem like blow out football scores, right?  I mean blowouts of the type that if you had zero class you might accidentally spike the football on the 1 yard line but you don’t worry about it because you have not only the game but the officiating team in the bag.

The scores might appear on the surface that one team totally dominated the other. But if you followed the game, you’d see that was not the case.

It was a fix.

Every touchdown the good guys got was reversed on some personal foul call, virtually all of them were bogus.  Even when the instant replay on the stadium’s Jumbotron clearly showed the bad guy was down on the 1 yard line and he placed the ball over the goal line after the whistle had blown, the refs called it a touchdown.

It got to the point that the 65,000 in the stands and millions at home must have felt like it was some kind of mass hypnosis, no one could make that many bad calls, no team could make so many boneheaded mistakes.   After all, this was the Superbowl!

And that, my friends, is a poor sports analogy of OBAMA’S OBAMACARE.

It was a clusterfluke from the beginning.  From the “you have to vote for it to see what is in it”, to every dirty bottom-dealing, possibly illegal use of Senate rules, then to add this poppa oscar sierra bill to some spending bill, where “technically” one did or did not actually vote for or against it, as it was a rider to a spending bill.  (Bear in mind not one Rep in the House voted for it.  As if they should be proud….)

Then having stacked the SCOTUS with fellow travelers, who, at least one ought to have recused herself and perhaps one was promised a quid pro quo for a favorable vote, and the ultimate judicial quisling, (Dis)Honorable Chief Justice Roberts, when the case eventually had to get to the SCOTUS, the deal would all but be done.

Six of the nine “justices” are Catholic (not that makes a difference in a legal sense), yet they vote again and again against the Constitutional Laws which also comport with their alleged beliefs.  In this particular case, someone, somehow got to Roberts as he was the swing vote that screwed the Country.

(As the old joke goes, and I would not be the least bit shocked to see, you do not want to be caught with a dead girl, a live boy or a goat.)

Had he had 1/1000^th the set of Mooch-747 or Her Thighness he would have said, correctly, that even Helen Keller could see that the individual mandate was not a tax, but a penalty.

(Check out the history of FDR and Social Security for a little history on lies and chicanery on what is a tax and what is not a tax and what is a penalty and what is not a penalty.  And if you want to see the ultimate in chutzpah, read the bill where it is stated in more than one place that the “penalty on line such and such is to be considered a tax for the purposes of….”)

OK, so, Biff’s tools in Congress force thru a partisan bill fraught with unconstitutionality and then has that piece of legislative offal held up by his kangaroo court.  Of course, that is not the end of it.

Needless to say, the unindicted co-conspirators, the SRM, were all over this bovine scatology like the flies they are and coming up and telling us it is the best smelling rose of all time.

So, just for fun, let’s call another fumble a touchdown and call it a game.

But no, not content to win and more than cover the spread, this a’hat has to pile on.

Now what does he do?  What could be worse than that horrid bill?

Well, changing it at least two dozen times, CLEARLY against the Constitution and hence the law.

It is said that if you steal a little, you will steal often.  Perhaps it is the same with shredding the Constitution.  Pelosi gives a rip, Reid gives a rip, SCOTUS take their turns tearing off a piece here and there.

Now add the SRM with their Orwellian newspeak telling all the low-information voters what a great job Biff is doing to fix the damage to the Constitution.

And the Sheeple are so bleeding stupid, they will believe the lie.  After all, look at who they keep electing.

Meanwhile, with his phone and pen, Biff is changing the law, the LAW, to suit his myriad special interests: Muzzies, Unions, abortionists and so on.  Basically everyone but good and moral people who are do dang polite and too dang chicken to do anything except be mad.

(And I will repeat that which I have said for years:  You want to see whose fault it is, all most people have to do is to look in the mirror.)

So after this allegedly-elected chap (more to come on that topic) has broken the law some two dozen times to alter a probably illegal law, he has the unmitigated gall to say that no one can touch OBAMA’S OBAMACARE, because it is “settled law.”

Unless he wants to change it.

Changing gears:

Biff put one of his famous “lines in the sand” as a goal for acceptance of his failed plan.  He wanted 7,000,000 signed up by 31 March.

Before we rip that apart, a few days earlier, no-shame tool of the  Left, Diane Sawyer, gushed that “With only a few days left, already almost six million have signed up!”

She said it like it was a huge victory!  But I assure you, had it been a Republicrat who was in a similar mathematical situation, I am sure the bottle blonde would have said “With only a few days to go, Bush’s plan is still over a million people short. The experts are saying it is sure to fail!

OK math geniuses, riddle me this.  How is it that with approximately 95% of the time allotted for signing up expired and they are roughly 85% to quota that they were not stressing?

Because when the ball was spiked on the three-yard and the bad guys were awarded a touchdown, Biff & Co knew the fix was in.

If 12 people signed up, they would have called it a victory.

But, one of those very, very few days in my adult life that I was not 100% proud to be an American is when that common street thug boasted about what a success the plan is, what a great thing that they made their numbers and so on.

Then he became even more cocky then usual and in a football game there would have been a penalty for taunting.

It was almost like the joke about Putin calling dealing with Biff is like playing chess with a pigeon.   (“The pigeon knocks over all the pieces, craps on the board, then struts around like it won the game.”)

I was sicker to my stomach than usual.

But in virtually every analysis, except by the criminally insane, OBAMA’S OBAMACARE  is an abject failure.

Let’s even grant they made the 7,100,000 alleged “new” “customers”, bear in mind, those are Liberal customers.  No, I do not mean they are Liberal politically, I mean that just like when a Lib says he wants to do something, to him or her that is the same as actually doing it.  Same deal here, Bucko.

You see even just starting the application was counted in the 7,000,000.  Now, subtract out those who actually completed the application but have not paid the premium and compare that against the people who are currently WITHOUT the coverage they once had, there is a net LOSS of American’s covered.

And those numbers will worsen or the Maladministration as time goes on.

So, before anyone starts saying how great of a success this plan is, ask them how many more people are actually covered, how many have lost coverage and how many people’s premiums have gone down by the promised $2,500 per family.

Or, $250.00

Or, 25-Cents.

Or, how many premiums really went up. (Raising hand.)

Call them on this,  Call them hard and often.  Because if we do not carp and complain, if we do not challenge these lies, if we do not write letters to the editors, if we do nothing, these a’hats will twist this thing so that it looks all purty and all and the enemies of the state will run ON OBAMA’S OBAMACARE and we are dead as a nation.

Councilwoman  Maria Del Carmen Arroyo of New Detroit City. While she herself is not in trouble, yet, two of her campaign workers were arrested for multiple felonies for forgery and falsifying business records when gathering signatures to get her on the election ballot. (3)

Mayor Patrick DeAngelo Cannon of Charlotte.  Was arrested and immediately resigned after being charged with corruption and accepting bribes. (4)

Speaker of the Rhode Island House, Representative Gordon Fox, of RI.  Resigned and won’t seek reelection after the FBI, IRS and other state and federal agencies raided his home and office. (5)

Assemblyman William Scarborough of New York.  The FBI raided his home, both of his offices and motel room, the last at 0545AM on abuse of travel expense and vouchers. (6)

Ex-Assemblyman William Boyland, Brooklyn, yo.  Will remain in jail until June when he will be sentenced on his corruption conviction.

What do these recently arrested (or subjects of raids) have in common?

On what planet would Congress allow the likes of a James Clapper admit (paraphrased) “I got as close to the truth as I could…” in a Congressional hearing.  Ditto the Lerner chick from the IRS who claimed 5^th Amendment immunity then went on to detail a whole passel of things about which she could not be questioned.

And need I even sully your ears with the name of the “smartest woman in the world”, Her Thighness herself, Hillaroo?

After all, all Secretary of States when confronted with an attack on one of their assets, where an ambassador and three others were tortured and murdered, where offers for help were not only refused but when the COs tried to countermand them they were relieved of duty, where there is a cloak of a cover-up that goes all the way past Biff and seems to end at the Muzzie woman Jarrett,  have the nerve to screech the answer “What difference does it make?”

Right?

Now, let’s look past criminality for a moment.  Let’s throw in a side order of dimbulbosity.

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) was concerned about too many people going to Guam.   As it is an island, he was concerned that it might tip over into the ocean.

Rep. Nasty Pelosi (D-CA) could have a book written about her slips of her fetid tongue, gaffs, lies and just plain stupid things.  Most recently was her opposition to fracking for oil and natural gas because she supports fossil fuels.

This year’s holder of the “JoeBama Stupid Award” is the racist Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX). Where do you start? That we have had a Constitution for 400 years?  That our astronauts planted a flag on Mars?  That she wants to change the name of “welfare” to “a transitional living fund”, as if someone who is “alternately viable” is any less undead. Or, “I stand here as a freed slave because this Congress came together.”

And that just scratches the surface of her disconnect from reality.

Of course, we can bring up John WTLF Kerry but as he is not going to seek elective office, we can just write him off as an everestal failure a creep and a charlatan who is unable to read the directions on a botox bottle.  Expounding on his failures will only take too much time and would be the equivalent of piling on.

Not sure where to start today’s opprobrium.  There are just so many choices.

You have the ridiculous Nasty Pelosi who was out there bashing fracking.  Yes she is sooooo against fracking.  Is it because her getting-richer- every-day-husband is involved in the oil industry?  Is it because she has concerns about water tables?

No, this 0.3 IQ stalk of celery brain is against fracking because… drum roll please… she is a fan of… wait for it… wait for it… yes, she supports fossil fuels.

Apparently the mouth-breather from Boys Town is getting her talking points from Sheila Jackson Lee.  (Please, if you are unsure on the whole fracking controversy and/or what a fossil fuel is, please contact me.)

J-u-s-t in case you thought San Fran Nan is the absolute bottom of the intellectual food chain along comes the human petri dish, Sandra Fluke.

Yes, as in the land of the blind the one man eye is king, so too does Nasty get a leg up on the dumb tree as she is, get this, admired for her “intellect” by the back- room pass-around toy.

No, you can’t make that up.

The State of California have come to an agreement in principal with the ACLU over voting registration.

Why don’t I step away or a little bit and let that last statement marinate for a moment.

Indeed, the State of California and the ACLU “discussing” voting registration is like a couple of coyotes discussing dinner options with a sheep.

The bottom line is that both criminal enterprises are in some sort of league with each other to get the registration rolls of the almost four million Californians who have “signed up” for OBAMA’S OBAMACARE and any other number of sites and situations  where the preponderance of peeps are in the “getting something for nothing” caste.

They must think we are stupid.  The State of California and the ACLU “debating” on who should be assisted in having their voter registration taken care of is akin to a debate on which is your favorite eye to have punched. They are both working for the same goal, that being most assuredly something un-American or a plot to get more Dems and Libs to vote. But I repeat myself and I repeat myself.

You will be interested to know that nowhere in these “discussions” and “negotiations” and “agreements” and “capitulations” is the idea of any kind of Voter ID mentioned.

Now I am not saying that the State of California and the ACLU are racist in any way shape or form.

They say it themselves, as a cursory perusal of each of their websites will validate that assertion.

Here in New York on ABC Sunday’s morning there is a show called “Tiempo”.  There is a Hispanic moderator who discusses the issues of the day that are of concern to the Latin Community with well-dressed and well-educated Latinos.

Anything wrong with this?

Just for grins, let’s say, no, it is fine.

In case you have not had enough race-based TV, that show is followed by “Like it Is.”

There is a black moderator who hosts a show which usually features some very serious looking dashiki wearing black men, amazingly coiffed and wrapped black wimmens and a smattering of black college professors bitching about how tough they have it, how bad Whites are and the man is always trying to get them down.  (If you are in the NY area, tune in for proof.)

The thing is that both shows have as the staple of their guests the 3-5% of the Latino’s and blacks who in no way are representative of the other Latino’s and blacks.

OK, anything wrong with this, then?

Just for grins, let’s stay the course and say, no, it is fine.

But, I do wonder what it would be like having a talk show called, say, “White Bread” hosted by some Ivy League WASP interviewing the so-called “One Percent” who sit around and complain about how slow the room service is at the Carlton or the condition of the greens at Shinnecock Country Club.

(And, yes, I know that is prejudicial and racist and if you ever listen to non-White comedians, that is how many perceive Whites.  And, I for one think it is hysterical!  See Robert Townsend’s early stuff for examples.)

But, we will never see a show of White people complaining about blacks or the Hispanish (new word.)  That would be racist.

And when a White person does something real or imagined that could be the merest slight to a black or a Hispanish, they will go on “Tiempo” or “Like It Is” and complain about the racism of the Honkey.

(Funny, I watch “Sabado Gigante” from time to time.  Trust me, my Spanish is not that good but I get what they are saying and gags are gags. And I all the years I have been watching Don Francisco I have NEVER heard him say a racist word.  But I bet if they got him on “Tiempo” they would twist his words.)

Know what I’d love to see, a show with a black, a Latino, a White, and some random homosexual.  Just regular peeps representative of their own demographic and let THEM hash it out.

I would wager a stack of food stamps that if you got that group together they would eventually work things out and come to an agreement on virtually every topic.

Of course, no one would watch the show.  The press, and to be fair, the public really do not like it when people get along.

And THAT is why we don’t.

(On a sorta related note we had a board meeting this week.  On discussion were the actions of the Boston Brewing Company, Guinness and Heineken Breweries and their willingness to show favoritism, sexism and a blatant disregard for St. Patrick and by extension religion.  As they feel that they can continue to operate and thrive on the 15% of the population they see as more vital to their businesses, we decided to assist them in that quest.   A motion was made and passed no longer to sell any products from these three brewers in the club or catering operation.  If you belong to any club, organization, operation, wholesaler, retailer or any concern which buys, sells or in any way provides products from these companies, I encourage you to follow our lead.)

…And yes, yes, yes, there will be more discussion on the “missing” plane, the Mess in the Ukraine – that would be WTLF Kerry, The G-8 er, G-7, the actions and reactions to the breweries and their capitulating to the screechy minority, etc. etc. etc…

My Friends and Fellow Infrequent Fliers:

As Clark Griswald said to Cousin Eddie “If I woke up with my head sewn to the carpet I wouldn’t be more surprised than I am now.”

Even when there were world wars, riots and insurrections all over the planet, the world seemed to have more order, more control than there is now.

It is like when the teacher left the room and she appointed the nerdy kid the class monitor and all hell broke loose.

Now, bump that up a fifty levels of magnitude.

The other problem is that we have been lied to so often, particularly in the last half of a dozen years, that we have no idea what the truth is. The more jaded among us might opine that is the plan.

Take the Malaysian plane incident.

Where is it?

Did it crash?

If not, where is it?

Who has it?

Why?

Where are the passengers?

Who is in on it?

Who else knows?

What is the plan?

In these nine questions, eight have to do with something outside of an accident.

And I detest so much to be so suspicious, to be untrusting, but we have a gov’t built on deceit that has created this mistrust.

I find it odd that there are sensors in some neighborhoods that can triangulate whence came a gun shot.  Or satellites that can detect an explosion anywhere on, above, or below the globe.  Or that we can track a cow with mad cow disease.  Or from outer space, they can see the license plate number on a car.

Yet, they say that they not only can’t find a jetliner, but they have really no idea where to look.

Really?

It is almost like that, what is it, one of the cable companies TV ads: “When your cable goes down, you get antsy. When you get antsy you can’t sleep.  When you can’t sleep….” And it progresses to where the subject of the commercial has eaten weird berries and he is chasing imaginary butterflies in the middle of what is ostensibly some kind criminal deal.

Of course that commercial, while droll, is virtually impossible to believe as real.

So, too, with this plane disappearance.

As time progresses more things are coming to light, such as the homes of the pilot and co-pilot.  And to be more cynical. Are those REALLY their houses? How much do those pilots make?

And while we have known the pilot has his own simulator in his house (who doesn’t) the question is why? (And with some of the data deleted, we may never know.)  With 18,000 hours behind the stick you would HOPE he was a good pilot.

The more I think of this the more convoluted it becomes.  Why this plane?  There are others with longer ranges and can handle larger payloads.  If you are wearing your tin hat and are a fan of Alex Jones, you might come to other conclusions.

(I have related this story before.  But for the newer readers…) Many years ago, I was taking a ferry from Newcastle England to Gothenburg Sweden.  I was standing on the aft of the ship that morning having a smoke. Soon after we passed the top of Denmark I was something stick out of the water.  To make a long story short, soon I could see a big red star painted on the side of the sail of the sub that was most likely shadowing us. 

Back then, possibly still, there was an array of sensors what went from the top of Denmark, up and over to Iceland then to Greenland.  The Russian (Soviet, at that time) Northern fleet could get to the Atlantic from Polyamy by scooting down the Norwegian Sea. 

Sometimes the Reds might like to surprise us and with the sonar array in place, it was tricky to get into the warmer waters unnoticed.

That is unless you drove your sub a few meters under a larger and noisier vessel.   By shadowing such a vessel and with the state of the art of the day being what it was and not having the complete library of cavitation signatures as they have today, it was not that uncommon for a sub to transit to the Atlantic unawares by us.

One of the more kooky hypotheses is that Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 was shadowing Singapore Airlines Flight 68 over the sea, into Indian and Pakistani Airspace then broke off. 

“Flying dark” with no transponders and allegedly the signal from SIA-68 might have masked the signals from MH-370’s engines, the two planes could have looked like a single plane.

And where would MH-370 land?

Well, Turkmenistan or China, or Kyrgyzstan, or Iran, or the Fortress of Solitude or the Bat Cave, or…   

Why there?

Well, the odds of that above scenario occurring are less remote than remote. But, really, can we count out anything at this point?  (Truly the logistics to make that happen are borderline insane.)

But now, there was a report on Tuesday that some villagers of some remote island west of Malaysia saw a Malaysian airliner flying extremely low. 

One can suppose it may be preparing to land.  The closer to the ground one flies the more fuel is used and there would be no reason to fly low except to land.

But where?

Again, The Fortress of Solitude, the Bat Cave or one of many hundreds of all but deserted islands in the waters in that part of the world what could have had a runway built on it.

Why?

I could wax on endlessly with any variation of scenarios.  But here is one:

Said MH-370 is repainted, a new tail number affixed, avionics and tracking device signal that are counterfeit of another planes, simply made up or removed altogether.  It is laden with troops, bombs or who knows what and off it goes.

To where?

Well, on 9-11-01 passenger plances hit the WTC, the Pentagon and were stopped before they reached Washington DC to commit heinous crimes.

Pick an island or some place in the badlands of Asia. Put a compass in on it and rotate that puppy to create a circle with about a 6,000 radius.  You will cover virtually all of Europe and Asia.

And most certainly Israel.      

Bottom line, for my WIC or EBT card (neither of which I have), there is only one of two possible scenarios and they fall under the “Duh” category.  The plane has or was crashed or it has been stolen/hijacked and taken to some hidden location.

If it is the first reason, why were the transponders turned off, course changed, etc., etc.. 

If it is the second possibility, three questions loom large:  Who did it, where is it and why, meaning what is the next part of the equation.

To wrap up this FISH, even if there was no foul play, there are still many unanswered questions as there were a number of things outside of the normal life of any particular flight.

However, if it is a criminal or terroristic action, and these guys can disappear a plane in plain sight, then they can undisappear it, prolly easier.  And who knows for what purpose.

We shall see.

My Friends and Fellow Victims of Hate:

 God is good.

Yup, He sure is.

Don’t worry, as this is not going to be another of my sermons.  But it is true, God is Good, all the time.

You see, as I am quick to mention, I am a sinner.  And, so are you.  And so is every person on Earth.

Now, stick with me for a minute, this might seem a tad strange, but, with the Muse’s input could we expect any less?

Here we go…

There is a guy, we will call him “Jim Beam.”  (You can see the Muse’s fingerprints already, canthca!)  Jim likes to drink.  A lot.  Not just one or two in a social setting, but till he passes out.  And he is unconcerned about those around him. 

He might start a fight, annoy a woman in a bar, have less than the best manners, might exhibit some questionable hygiene, might even try to drive a car or worse when he is in an inebriated state.

Now, Jim LOVES being drunk.  He thinks everyone should be drunk and if they don’t want to get drunk, they should let him be as drunk as he wants whenever and wherever he wants to be.

(By now, many of you may think you have figgered this out.  But, you would be only half-right.  For if I left it at the obvious, I would not get to my greater point, and that would be preaching.)

But, of course, cooler heads prevail and while many people think that begin constantly drunk and engaging in dangerous behavior is wrong, they say that it is up to him.  If Jim wants to drink himself to death, that is fine, just don’t hurt anyone else.  They say he should find a nice quite apartment or rented room somewhere and drink to his heart’s content in the privacy of his own home.

Jim does not want to do that.  He wants to be out and public and have everyone see how drunk he can be.  In fact, just yesterday, he wanted to march in the St. Patrick’s Day parade with a group of his friends, but they were stopped even before they got started.

The group that were running the parade had no problem with Jim and his group marching but not as blind, staggering, fall-down drunk as they were!

So, what do Jim and his friends do?  Do they agree and think it better to go home, or even to a bar, and avoid being a nuisance? Nope, they try to convince the organizers, supporters and other marchers to boycott the parade because of an “alcho-phobic” atmosphere.

By now, you are saying that could never happen.  Maybe you are right. But who is to say? 

Now, substitute “gay” for “drunk” and you have what is actually going on in some hamlets, villages and cities.   Some, like in New York, the gays want to be identified as, well, gay, in the biggest and oldest parade honoring the feast day of a Catholic Saint.  Note well, it is a Feast of a Saint.  Not a secular holiday.

(And it is only a matter of time before they put an end to this parade.  After all, separation of church and state which has been in the Constitution for the 400 years that Sheila Jackson Lee says it has been around.  I AM kidding, you know.  Sadly, that Congressperson wasn’t.)        

The organizers of the parade have no problem with gays marching. Or warlocks.  Or druids.  Or Trekkies.  They just can’t wear anything, carry a banner or otherwise identify themselves of any group without the organizers permission.

Billy the Commie DeBlahZero refused to march in the New Detroit parade to make a point. As we know, he could give JoeBama a run for the money in the common sense department. 

(It bears mentioning that prior to hitting the top of his Peter Principle, he marched in the parades every year, ditto that new idjit Mayor Walsh in Baaaaaston.  It also bears mentioning that Marxist Midget Mayor Mike Boobberg is a big proponent of “gay rights” and he marched every year he was mayor.) 

Again, without being preachy, drunkenness is no different than homosexuality to the Big Guy, both are sins.  One sin is not more pleasing than another. 

Of course, many of you saw that coming but what comes next may have been off your radar.

The fact that I am guilty of, say, over imbibing does not afford me any moral superiority over any other sinner.  (And recall, love the sinner but hate the sin.)

So, be that as it may, here comes an odd confluence.

For some odd reason, Jim Koch, he of the Boston Brewing Company, better known for Sam Adams Beer, has announced no support for the St Paddy’s Day parade in Boston and canceling the annual breakfast they sponsor.

In addition, Guinness has been bent over by GLAAD and they have withdrawn support for the NY Parade.  And not to be outdone, Heineken has gotten in bed with the gays.

Sadly, these are three of my favorite beers.  No, don’t cry for me.  There are plenty of other great beers out there as well as other potables.

Like Commie Billy DeBlahZero, Sam Adams, Guinness, Heineken and other brewers are throwing in with the small, vocal, and hating minority because they are pitiful cowards.

I was not aware that the gay “community” are big beer drinkers.  Well, if I had my way, the gays will be the only ones buying those beers.

I had a few Guinness’ the other day at a St Pats corned beef dinner, but that was before I learned of this.  I have one more Sam at home and it will be poured down the drain this evening.

What I encourage all of you beer drinkers to do is to make your unhappiness over their molly-coddling to the gays known to the brewers.  I have posted on some pages (the one to Sam Adams is at the very end) and I plan on posting on their page and/or sending those brewers an email EVERY TIME I BUY A BEER OTHER THEN THEIRS AND WHY I DID.

Again, nothing against any gay people. They are no better than I and I am no better than they, but everything against the haters like GLAAD, just like the haters at the National Action Network, the DNC, and any and every organization that has some kind of agenda that negatively affects good people.

To lend a little clarity to this, I have nothing against Atheists either.  In fact I know that a few of you who read the FISH are Atheists.  And they are not to whom this next bit is directed.

There are Atheist groups hither and yon who want crosses taken down that might be on public land.  In fact some have gone as far as to demand that the crosses on the graves of heroes at National Cemeteries be replaced.

Their rationale? 

Well, there is the non-existent Constitutional right to a separation of Church and state.

Sorry, I have no sympathy for them. NONE.   For openers, if, IF, the public display of Crosses was an attempt to evangelize, apparently it is not working. Right?  If it did, we’d be fresh out of non-believers.

Then there is the claim that it is public land.  Ignoring the fact that more of the tax-paying public are, if not CHRISTian, are not Atheist.  And as a majority carries the vote, strike two.

But the one to which they have been forced to express their desire to rid the Country of Crosses is that that are “offended.”

Awwww, boo-hoo.

Let me tell them something.  The hateful, spiteful Atheists who want to take the Crosses and all the rest (and do not misunderestimate them, they want not only Crosses gone, but Churches, Synagogues and other Houses of Worship gone) OFFEND ME.

And so does porn on television and in ads.  And public display of any kind of sexuality in the streets.  And anything else that destroys the moral fiber, the family unit and the American Way.

They ALL OFFEND ME and they OFFEND ME GREATLY.

So, we have another choice. 

We can ignore the actions of Guinness, Heineken, Sam Adams and others at our own peril.  If their sales are not negatively impacted there will be no reason for them to change their minds.  Additionally, it will embolden other companies to do likewise.   

Maybe I am just too sensitive but every time I see some stupid corporate move made for a social convention particularly one I find anathema, I take it kind of personally.  In fact I can almost hear the hateful voice of Bill Maher saying “No Winter Ale for you, CHRISTian”, as I see is as an attack on not just good people and the American Way of Life but on God Himself.

And if I appear too sensitive, perhaps I am just sensitive enough.

I have been drinking Sam for many, many years, me brand of choice.  But no more.

I am sick and tired of small minorities stridently protesting something for which they do not have a dog in the fight.

When you dropped out of the St Pats Parade in Boston, I dropped you as my beer.

I have nothing against gays. And there is no need to expatiate on that point.

But just as the parade in NY has rules and regs, gay are permitted to march but not with identifying items to advertise being gay.

Before you get your panties in a knot, let me advise that druids, warlocks, Trekkies and others are also allowed to march, but not in regalia.

What drives me crazy is the blatant hypocrisy.  For instance, Mayor DBlasio has decided to protest the exclusion of any overt gay recognition in the NY parade.  I have no problem with that.  If he wants to molly coddle the 10-15% of gays, that is up to him.  But please notice that when he marches in gay parades, the 85-90% of straight people do not care.

It is the small and strident faction of all minorities who scream and squelch like spoiled kids until they get their own way.  Well the tides are changing and people have had enough.

And, Jim, you caved to the gays, that cost you at least one longtime fan.

If you ever decide to grow a pair, put on your big boy pants and tell every screaming faction to shut up, lemme know.  I may come back.

Till then it is sad, pathetic and cowardly.
